With the rapid development of China’s economy and the rapid expansion of the construction industry,ultra-high buildings and large-span buildings are emerging endlessly.Sockettype disk-type steel pipe formwork brackets have simple structure,convenient detachment,good overall stability and large bearing capacity.Low cost,strong versatility and other advantages have been widely used in the field of construction.However,the current research on the disc-type steel pipe template bracket is obviously not deep enough.Engineering accidents at home and abroad occur from time to time.The fundamental reason is that its stable bearing capacity,ultimate bearing capacity and failure mode and other mechanical properties are not yet clear.It will undoubtedly affect its safety,and then further promotion.1.Sort out the accidents of the template support works at the construction site in recent years,and comprehensively analyze various factors to find out the main reasons leading to the accidents,so as to put forward some engineering problems in the current construction process.This subject will analyze and study the stability,ultimate bearing capacity and ring-breaking mode of the disc-type steel pipe template support.On the basis of theoretical calculation,the vertical bearing capacity tests of different types of poles are designed and passed the finite element software ABAQUS separately modeled and simulated different models,different support forms and vertical rods with different verticality,and compared and analyzed the obtained data to more comprehensively and deeply understand the ultimate capacity and vertical capacity of the disc-type steel pipe template bracket The stress distribution under load and the modal during instability and failure.The main research contents and conclusions of this article are as follows:1.Sort out the accidents of the template support works at the construction site in recent years,and comprehensively analyze various factors to find out the main reasons leading to the accidents,so as to put forward some engineering problems in the current construction process.2.Relying on the load-bearing system project of the main structure construction of Beijing Road Station of Metro Line 5 of Hefei City,the stable bearing capacity of the disc-type steel pipe scaffolding pole is calculated.Throughout the calculation process,it can be seen that the design calculation method of high formwork in the field of construction in our country now has the advantages of strong applicability and simple construction process,even when considering the horizontal load treatment.Not comprehensive,but the data is revised with reference to the specifications,and the reliability is still very high.3.Introduced the basic composition and performance characteristics of the socket-type disc-type template bracket,and then refined from the overall stability theory calculation method to the node’s theoretical calculation method,and compared and analyzed the design calculation of the disc-type steel tube template bracket Theory,which contains advantages and disadvantages and their respective scope of application.After a series of formula derivation and theoretical analysis,the understanding and understanding of the disc-type template bracket is strengthened.4.Test and study the vertical bearing capacity of a single pole in the socket-type steel plate template bracket.The main research contents include,by analyzing the stress distribution of each measuring point of different types of poles when applying vertical bearing bearing capacity.5.Adopt ABAQUS finite element analysis software to model single poles with different lengths,different support forms and vertical poles with different verticality capacity.Through the comparison of simulation value,test value and theoretical calculation value,it is found that the numerical simulation result of the finite element model is in good agreement with the test value.The design value of the bearing capacity of the pole is proposed for use in the engineering design stage,and the bearing capacity of the pole is affected.Analysis of the factors and put forward rational suggestions to improve the stability and load-bearing performance of the overall support and ensure the safety and economy of the project.6.According to the research results,summarize
