Induction motors have been widely used in many occasions such as industry and agriculture because of its many advantages.Research on the efficiency optimization of induction motors has been carried out for many years because of its insufficient efficiency at light loads.With the deepening of the research,the problem of the dynamic performance deterioration of the speed control system caused by the weak magnetic effect of the efficiency optimization has gradually attracted the attention of scholars.Due to the fact that the poor dynamic performance will lead to the motor stalling accident in the actual work process,it is particularly important to study and improve the dynamic performance of the efficiency optimization control.The purpose of this topic is to minimize the speed drop and the fastest recovery during load dynamics in optimize efficiency control of induction motor,and to study the dynamic optimal control of the excitation current component during the load dynamics.Since the efficiency optimization is essentially reduced by controlling the excitation level as the load is reduced,it will inevitably lead to weak dynamic performance of the speed regulation system.In response to this problem,this paper reduces the speed drop value under load dynamics by dynamically compensating the optimal flux linkage obtained by efficiency optimization,aiming to improve efficiency while ensuring good dynamic performance.The efficiency optimization control of induction motor is realized through loss model method,and the optimal flux linkage value under different working conditions can be obtained online.The Extended Kalman Filter is used to observe the load torque and speed in real time.The speed observation value is used to update the optimal flux linkage and speed sensorless control can also be achieved.The torque observation value will be used to compensate the optimal flux in the feed forward compensation system,so as to improve the speed regulation performance of the system when the load is dynamicFinally,in the simulation environment and experimental platform,the efficiency optimization control scheme for dynamically compensating the optimal flux linkage based on the observed value of load torque is verified.The results show that the scheme can effectively reduce the speed drop value in the load dynamics,and prove that the algorithm can improve the motor operation efficiency while also ensuring the dynamic performance and load disturbance resistance of the system.
