In recent years,with the development of permanent magnet materials,permanent magnet synchronous motor has been widely used in high-performance alternating current speed regulation fields.so it is necessary to obtain rotor position and speed information accurately to ensure the reliability of the control system.Currently,the rotor position and speed information of the motor is obtained immediately by the mechanical sensor installed on the motor bearing.But,the installation of sensors causes a series of problems such as raising the complexity of the system,reducing the reliability of the system and so on.Therefore,speed sensorless control technology has always been a research hotspot in alternating current speed regulation.Full order adaptive observer is widely concerned because of its simple structure,strong adaptability and wide range of application.Considering that the method is easily affected by the sudden change of external load,this paper proposes a disturbance rejection speed sensorless control of PMSM based on full order adaptive observer.Firstly,a full order adaptive observer is used to gain the speed and rotor position.Then a load disturbance observer is designed to simulate the external load disturbance changes in real time and observed value is used to compensate the control system.This method improves the anti-interference ability of the control system to the external load disturbance.In order to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of disturbance rejection speed sensorless control of PMSM based on full order adaptive observer,the method is verified by simulation and experiment.The simulation and experimental results show that compared with the speed sensorless control of the full order adaptive observer,the proposed control strategy can improve the anti-load torque disturbance capability of system without affecting the system steady-state result.
