| With the development of highway transportation,the number of bridges and vehicles has increased significantly,and urban traffic problems have become increasingly prominent,leading to frequent collisions of vehicles and bridge piers.In order to ensure the smoothness of roads and the safety of personnel,it is necessary to take protective measures for the bridge piers.Therefore,this paper proposes a honeycomb-shaped steel composite structure based on polyurethane as a filling material,and uses static loading tests to study the basic mechanical properties and energy absorption properties of the composite structure.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The effects of three different honeycomb types(regular hexagon,regular triangle and square)on the mechanical properties and energy absorption properties of the polyurethanehoneycomb steel composite structure were studied through static loading tests.The results showed that: unfilled honeycomb steel Among them,the regular triangle honeycomb steel has the most stable and best energy absorption performance;compared with the unfilled honeycomb steel,the mechanical properties and energy absorption performance of the polyurethane filled honeycomb steel are significantly improved Among the different polyurethane-honeycomb steel composite structures,the polyurethane-filled regular hexagonal honeycomb steel has the most stable mechanical performance and the best energy absorption performance,and takes it as the object of the following experimental research.(2)The regular hexagonal honeycomb steel filled with polyurethane was selected as the research object,and different hole wall thicknesses(1mm,1.5mm and 2mm)and hole wall side lengths(10mm,12,5mm,15 mm,17.5)were studied by static loading test mmm and 20mm)on the mechanical properties and energy absorption properties of polyurethane-honeycomb steel composite structures.The results show that under the same hole wall thickness,the mechanical properties and energy absorption properties of the polyurethane-honeycomb steel composite structure decrease with the increase of the hole wall side length;under the same hole wall side length,the polyurethane-honeycomb structure The stress performance and energy absorption performance of the shape-steel composite structure decrease first and then increase.(3)A polyurethane-honeycomb steel composite structure(regular hexagon)with a hole wall thickness of 1 mm and a hole side length of 10 mm was selected as the research object.The static loading test was used to study the polyurethane-honeycomb steel under different loading rates.Influence of mechanical properties and energy absorption properties.The results show that the peak load and the average load of the polyurethane-honeycomb steel composite structure increase from 296.1k N to 315.6k N and 249.4k N with the increase of the loading rate in the static loading rate of 5mm / min ~ 20 mm / min.Increase to 282 k N;as the loading rate increases,the energy absorption properties of the polyurethane-honeycomb steel composite structure are improved. |
