Research On The Judgment Of Key Traffic Violations Based On Time And Space Hotspot Analysis

The traffic illegal behavior is the important reason which causes the traffic accident,carries on the traffic illegal behavior situation judgment is the important work which prevents the traffic accident.Based on the method of spatiotemporal hot spot analysis,this paper studies the situation of key traffic violations,aiming at establishing a spatiotemporal cold hot spot pattern mining method,which is suitable for the situation analysis of key traffic violations It provides reference for road traffic safety management and decision-making.Firstly,the paper analyzes the spatial and temporal characteristics of the key traffic violations,and tests whether the traffic violations have spatial and temporal aggregation,by Data pre-processing the traffic violations' data collected by the system Secondly,the spatiotemporal kernel density analysis method is established to visualize the spatio-temporal distribution of key traffic violations under the spatio-temporal comprehensive dimension,and to verify the spatio-temporal aggregation of key traffic violations Furthermore,the space-time domain of the concentration of the key traffic violations is obtained,and the space-time characteristic analysis method of the key traffic violations is established based on the spacetime Cube Model Based on Getis-Ord Gi * Hot Spots model to detect and identify hot and cold spots with statistical significance in the spatiotemporal distribution of key traffic violations,and based on Mann-Kendall time series model to evaluate the changing trend of these hot and cold spots with time,finally,combined with the results of spatiotemporal distribution pattern mining,the relationship between the spatial and temporal characteristics of key traffic violations and various external factors,such as road conditions,urban spatial distribution,is analyzed To study the mechanism of the high incidence of key traffic violations,and to provide technical support for the prediction of key traffic violations.Finally,the paper selects songling street in Wujiang district of Suzhou city as a case to carry out the experiment.The research results show that the research method of key traffic violations based on spatio-temporal hotspot analysis can effectively excavate the spatio-temporal distribution characteristics and evolution trend of key traffic violations To identify the factors related to key traffic offences,and to provide a basis for improving the control of road traffic offences in Wujiang District.
