Research On Environmental Reconstruction Design Strategy Of Nanjing Old Hospital

With the continuous development of society and the continuous advancement of medical reform in China,the management system of hospitals has gradually changed to scientific management,and the hospital’s medical treatment process,medical environment and medical services have gradually become important indicators for measuring hospital level.The requirement is not only to meet the needs of medical treatment,but also to the requirements of the hospital environment and facilities.A good medical environment will greatly improve the satisfaction of medical patients.Renovate and upgrade the hospital environment to meet the urgent needs of current social development.New hospital facilities have advantages over old hospitals in terms of medical environment and medical equipment.The personalized services and price advantages of new hospitals are becoming more and more prominent,and the types of medical services are more diverse and specialized.At the same time,many foreign-funded new hospitals also have rich management experience,and their medical treatment environment is more comfortable and humanized than domestic hospitals.In contrast,many domestic hospitals have huge advantages in terms of management level and environmental construction.The gap,therefore,the development of old hospitals is also facing the dual pressure of internal and external competition.With the continuous expansion of the scale of hospitals in China,higher requirements have been placed on the management level of hospitals.In the past,the management and development of old hospitals have always been in an infinite loop,which makes them more vulnerable to the crisis of being eliminated by the market.For this reason,the focus of the renovation of old hospitals should not only be on improving the level of medical management,but also should simplify medical treatment appropriately.Business processes,improving hospital service levels and more consideration of the creation of hospital environmental quality.This paper starts from the constraints and reform strategies of the old hospital renovation and upgrade.It concludes that the design and renovation of the old hospital should start from the three aspects of optimization of architectural space layout,functional division and streamline optimization,and environmental design optimization inside and outside the hospital.The three reform cases of the Eastern Theater General Hospital,JiangsuProvincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Nanjing Gulou Hospital were analyzed from the aspects of building facade renovation design,indoor space environment design,functional area division,traffic flow line and external environment planning and design.The problems existing in the design and renovation of the hospital environment provide reference for the environmental transformation strategy of Nanjing Brain Hospital.In the context of theoretical research support,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the transformation strategy of old hospitals in combination with actual research.The ultimate goal is to design a transformation case with Nanjing Brain Hospital as a design case to improve the overall hospital.The external environment proposes better design solutions for important areas,so it can initially solve the environmental and service problems of the old hospitals in practical applications,strive to improve patient satisfaction,and ultimately enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the old hospitals.
