At present,the power industry is booming,and the construction of the power grid is becoming more and more advanced and complex,and the coverage is getting wider and wider.However,the damage and impact of various disasters on the power grid are becoming more and more obvious.Due to the high suddenness of disasters and the low efficiency of information sharing,our power system will still be unable to respond to the disaster in time.Therefore,in the face of the current complex grid system and the diversity of disasters,we urgently need a practical and comprehensive online collaborative grid disaster warning system.In this thesis,with the help of the popular WebGIS technology,based on the analysis of the data used in the disaster warning of Sichuan power grid system,combined with the concept of online collaboration,a more comprehensive power grid disaster early warning analysis system is designed.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Collect and extract power grid disaster early warning factors.According to the characteristics of power grid disasters,this thesis selects wind speed,wind direction,atmospheric pressure,air temperature,air relative humidity,altitude,terrain,time and other factors to sort out and analyze.(2)Two kinds of common disasters in power grid system are analyzed,which are icing disaster with direct gradual occurrence characteristics and mountain fire disaster with indirect gradual occurrence characteristics.The early warning model of icing disaster combining unreliability and icing increment and the early warning model of mountain fire disaster based on multi index spread prediction are constructed.The model is verified by combining the disaster data of power grid and the data of study area.(3)Based on the message queue rabbitmq and ArcGIS JS API,the planning function of power grid line upgrading and reconstruction based on multi person online collaboration is designed and implemented,which is integrated into the system and used as a separate function module of the system.(4)The requirement analysis and detailed function design of the system function are carried out.In the process of system design,this thesis describes the system design,system architecture,functions and modules of the power grid disaster early warning system,as well as the key monitoring and early warning model.It also describes how to carry out disaster early warning and disaster relief dispatching through data docking and background data transmission management,as well as online collaborative line upgrade planning function,disaster relief process restoration function,fault reporting function and so on The equipment management query function in power grid system is designed and elaborated in detail.Using the latest web front end technology Vue.js Framework and back-end technology springboot framework,the system functions are developed,and finally the integrity and stability of the system are tested.
