High-speed railway is one of the important means of transportation in the world today. It has many advantages such as fast speed, high efficiency, safer and more comfortable. In the development of the transportation industry, its position is getting higher and higher.China has also accelerated the construction of high-speed railways and achieved achievements that have attracted worldwide attention, which also means that China's high-speed railways have entered the era of "networking".The high-speed railway has brought many influences to the development of the tourism industry.Specific aspects include accessibility of transportation, spatial behavior of tourists,“structure of tourism market, attraction of tourism resources and many others. In all respects, changes have occurred, and the combination of high-speed railway and tourism research is now a hot issue in tourism geography research. The High-speed Railway of Baoji-Lanzhou was opened to traffic on July 9,2017.It is the final work of the construction of China 's high-speed railway “four vertical and four horizontal” high-speed rail network.Completed, and began to move towards the new goal of "eight verticals and eight horizontals." Taking this as an opportunity, the High-speed Railway of Baoji-Lanzhou and the cities along the line are taken as the research object to study the influence of the opening of the High-speed Railway of Baoji-Lanzhou on the accessibility and tourism economy of the cities along the line, and an attempt is made to summarize the coordinated development of tourism and regional transportation in the central and western regions of China.Experience, enrich and improve China's high-speed rail network to bring value and results, and help cities along the High-speed Railway of Baoji-Lanzhou to find a development path that better meets their own urban characteristics and can give better play to their own characteristics and advantages in the new high-speed rail background. In the future development process, the development momentum is stronger and the development effect is better. The purpose of this study is to study the impact of the High-speed Railway of Baoji-Lanzhou on the accessibility and tourism economy of the cities along the route, analyze the development characteristics of the cities along the route, summarize the development laws, and find ways for urban tourism and transportation to exert their maximum advantages and coordinate their development. To help cities along the High-speed Railway of Baoji-Lanzhou line have a stronger development momentum under the new background in the future. This research mainly explores three issues:(1)After the completion of the High-speed Railway of Baoji-Lanzhou,the accessibility of cities along the line will change.Through model analysis and quantitative calculations, the results show that after the completion of the high-speed rail, the effective average travel time of each city is reduced by more than 50%,and daily accessibility is increased by 2 to 3 times, which proves that the accessibility of cities along the line after the opening of the High-speed Railway of Baoji-Lanzhou No matter from the effective average travel time indicator or the daily accessibility indicator, the results of enhanced accessibility are presented.(2)After the completion of the High-speed Railway of Baoji-Lanzhou,the intensity of tourism economic ties in cities along the route will change.Through the analysis and calculation of the tourism economic connection model, the results show that after the completion of the high-speed rail, the strength of tourism economic connections between cities has been enhanced, and the enhancement effect is Dingxi City,Lanzhou City,Tianshui City, and Baoji City in order from large to small.Visualize the strong and weak effects of economic relations and the effects of change through ArcGIS software, and explain the reasons for this change from the supply-side perspective and the demand-side perspective.(3)After the completion of the High-speed Railway of Baoji-Lanzhou,the growth of the tourism economy along the line will be affected by the high-speed rail. The grey analysis model is used to simulate the level of tourism economic development of the cities along the route under the assumption of no high-speed rail. Then, the simulation value is compared with the actual development effect after the completion of the high-speed rail, and the impact of the High-speed Railway of Baoji-Lanzhou is analyzed. The calculation results show that the completion of the High-speed Railway of Baoji-Lanzhou has not significantly affected Baoji City for the time being;it has temporarily inhibited the growth rate of tourism economy in Tianshui City, but it is not obvious;it has shown the growth rate of tourism economy in Dingxi City.Obvious positive effect;temporarily negative effect on the development of tourism economy in Lanzhou City, leading to a slowdown in growth. Finally,it summarizes the new opportunities and risks that cities along the high-speed rail will encounter in the development of tourism under the new high-speed rail background. At the end of the study,it was confirmed that the opening of the High-speed Railway of Baoji-Lanzhou will increase the accessibility of cities along the route and tighten the strength of tourism economic links between the cities along the route, but it may not necessarily guarantee that the tourism economy can be accelerated in a short time.Under the new background of high-speed rail, cities along the line need to promote strengths and avoid weaknesses, make full use of the advantages brought by high-speed rail, and scientifically avoid risks. It is believed that after a period of time, the tourism economy of each city can be better developed.
