Electric energy has a series of advantages,such as high efficiency and cleanness,excellent transmission efficiency and convenient use.It is a kind of secondary energy and the most popular new energy on the earth in the new era.In the era of globalization,the development process is very rapid,which makes the demand of human life for energy transmission performance become more and more high.The advantages of electric energy in this area can't be replaced,so its use has been all over the life,and it is an indispensable part of human society.In order to ensure their own power consumption,power users gradually improve the requirements of power quality.In order to meet the demand of the power market,the majority of power scholars started the process of research on unified power quality controller.This paper first introduces the basic working principle and structure of control,and the design and experiment of UPQC are mainly based on this.Then,the single-phase topology and three-phase three wire topology of UPQC are studied respectively,and the models of series and parallel parts of UPQC are established,and their structural characteristics are analyzed.On this basis,several common power quality detection methods and control methods are compared The corresponding improvement measures are put forward.The compensation performance of UPQC device largely depends on whether the extraction method of command signal is appropriate,which is an important factor affecting its performance.In this paper,an instruction signal detection method based on resonance attenuation principle is adopted.Aiming at this principle,the optimal control of power quality and its realization process are discussed in detail.By comparing with the classical detection theory,it is concluded that the detection method based on resonance attenuation adopted in this paper can detect the compensation instruction signal more accurately,that is,when there is a sudden change of current on the load side,it is compared with the traditional detection method,and the controller using this detection method shows a better response ability.The simulation results show that the compensation device can stabilize the power of the system under the condition of system and instability.The key point of UPQC compensation task is the control method of inverter circuit.In this paper,two different control methods are used for the voltage and current compensation part,and the traditional PI controller is used for the series part control strategy to quickly track the change of voltage compensation instructions.In parallel part,VR controller is used to replace traditional PI controller in order to achieve the purpose of tracking current compensation command without static difference,and compared with the existing control mode.On the MATLAB / Simulink simulation platform,the corresponding UPQC overall simulation model is established,and the sub modules in the model are analyzed in detail.Finally,this paper applies the research content to the UPQC experimental platform,analyzes the compensation performance of the UPQC device under different setting conditions,and verifies the effectiveness of the research content in this paper.
