With the discovery of many types of resources hidden in seawater,a large number of scarce resources have been discovered in the ocean,and fossil energy can be found to replace the current sharp decline,and countries have accelerated the development and utilization of marine water resources.Moreover,more than 70 percent of the earth is the ocean,so in recent years the ocean has become more and more the main battlefield that may lead to war,underwater military weapons development has become the main research topic of the coastal countries.However,although the application of lithium battery is widely used on land,but with the same battery applied to seawater,large-quality electrolytes and safety invisibly become the burden of underwater equipment,therefore,magnesium and other active metal alloy-based seawater batteries have become the direction of research,but also in the temporary power supply has some applications,Show a large application prospects.Seawater is an open structure,as a natural electrolyte,if it can be used,it can speed up the research progress of underwater batteries,sea water batteries are not only affected by the chemical properties of alloy materials,but also with the concentration of seawater,flow rate and so on,at the same time need to take into account the hydrogen analysis factors to reduce the efficiency of power generation.Therefore,this study is of great significance to the application of sea water batteries.The main research results are as follows: firstly,a magnesium seawater battery based on the seawater environment of AUV is made by using the abundant seawater resources and the active chemical properties of metal magnesium;secondly,the influence of seawater on the performance of battery is studied,and the self-corrosion hydrogen evolution experiment of magnesium alloy is integrated to optimize the negative material of battery magnesium alloy Finally,according to the performance of the magnesium alloy seawater battery tested in the experiment and considering the influence factors comprehensively,the simulation model of seawater velocity and voltage is designed with fuzzy PID controller,which improves the fast stability of battery voltage when disturbed and reduces the influence on the power generation efficiency of seawater battery.
