Steel structure building is a good structural system developed in recent years.The structural system has a short construction period,good wind and earthquake resistance,and has good development prospects.In the steel structure building,the steel plate shear wall will face the buckling problem and the shearing problem when it is used.By modifying a kind of anti-buckling steel plate shear wall,these two problems are greatly optimized.In order to explore the application of anti-buckling steel plate shear wall,this article takes the prefabricated steel structure residential project of Beijing Shougang Ertong Plant project in Fengtai District as an example.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different structural materials,combined with the national steel plate shear wall code design A kind of anti-buckling steel plate shear wall form,establish an analysis model,and adjust different parameters through Abaqus finite element analysis,and finally get a reasonable plan,which is applied to practice and production.The main research results of this article are as follows:(1)Steel has higher strength and lighter weight than concrete,has good plasticity and toughness,and has uniform material.Factory production and mechanized construction are easy to disassemble and the construction period is short.Compared with the masonry material,it is pollution-free,renewable and energy-saving.The cast-in-place concrete slab structural template has good integrity and good fire resistance.The high-strength bolts have good shear resistance.By combining the three advantages,they are better applied to production and practice.(2)Through the project experience,design a form of anti-buckling steel plate shear wall,through the outer concrete plate and the inner steel plate,the bottom is attached with a fish plate,the openings in the plate are connected by high-strength bolts,and the periphery is connected with the frame beam and frame column,And put forward analytical simplified models and calculation theory.(3)Use the finite element software ABAQUS for seismic analysis,buckling analysis,and shear analysis.By using YWQ-1 as an example to establish an analytical model,cut the grid to obtain the load-displacement curve,prestressed plate stress-strain curve,and section steel strain analysis.Bolt spacing analysis.(4)Adjust different height-thickness ratio,span-to-height ratio,number and position of bolts,thickness of concrete slab,comparative analysis to optimize the design of anti-buckling steel plate shear wall,and optimize the design,propose a new type of anti-buckling steel plate shear Model of force wall.
