In recent years,the construction of China's natural gas pipeline network has promoted the upgrade of urban gas transmission and distribution systems,and at the same time,it has put forward higher requirements for the stability and safety of the pipeline network operation.Installing test and monitoring instruments at key points in the construction of the pipeline network is a necessary measure to ensure the operation of the pipeline network.Need to take a safe and reliable way to supply power.In response to various power demands,it is proposed to develop a built-in power generation process in the natural gas pipeline network and use the pressure energy of natural gas on site to provide a flexible and economical power supply scheme for the pipeline network.This paper studies the application of existing natural gas built-in power generation technology in complex and diverse environments.It is solved by reducing the volume of key equipment and increasing the utilization rate of natural gas pressure energy.Using ASPEN and ANSYS to analyze the pressure energy conversion system,kinetic energy conversion system and power control and conversion system,the key components of natural gas built-in power generation were designed.The integrated power generation equipment was completed,and the induced voltage was 0.564 V when the speed was 100 r / min.The total efficiency of power generation of the equipment was 17.85%.Secondly,the gas parameters of the natural gas transmission and distribution system were investigated,the potential power generation capacity of the natural gas pressure regulation system was analyzed,combined with the power demand of the pressure regulation station,and further research was conducted on the basis of the design of the integrated natural gas power generation equipment.For the natural gas field station,the parallel and series process are designed to ensure stable transmission and distribution of the main network while completing power generation.Through the experiment,we can test the operating performance of the built-in power generation device under pressure,explore the suitable operating conditions,and test the control system.Under laboratory conditions,the speed of the equipment is measured up to 597 r / min,and the power generation power is 165 W.Finally,according to the actual situation of a pressure regulating station and a pressure tank operated by a domestic gas company,this article systematically designs the built-in power generation process and multi-energy coupling technology of the natural gas pipeline network,including the process and automatic control design plan and equipment selection,Site layout,and commissioning of the project.The rated output power of the natural gasbuilt-in power generation device is 110 W,and the maximum output power is 184 W.Under the actual working conditions of the station,the power output stability is good,and the total power generation system of the system is above 500 W,which is in line with the expected effect.
