Today,the demand of city resident for clean air is increasing due to the highly enclosed residential buildings and severe air pollution.Under such circumstances,the ventilation system with air handling functions are gradually emerging.In the market of ventilation system,there are many manufacturers and the product competition is quite fierce.Therefore,it is very necessary to explore new product opportunities and upgrade products for ventilation systems enterprises.To conform the development opportunity of ventilation system and the trend of intelligent products,the subject establishes the research and design goal of Intelligent Ventilation System of the Whole House.Subsequently,the theoretical achievements,design opportunities and development strategies of the ventilation system are analyzed comprehensively.In terms of theoretical application,the analysis is mainly carried out from three aspects,the application environment,the function upgrade and the standard evaluation of the ventilation system.Among the three elements,the application environment analysis aims to study the characteristics of the installation environment and operating environment on the fresh air system,and lay a foundation for the subsequent design,which can adjust the product form and working state according to different the usage scenarios of.The theory of function upgrading provides theoretical guidance for the product improvement of ventilation system from three aspects of efficiency,energy consumption and intelligence.Lastly,the evaluation theory is studied by referring to laws and national standards,and establishing product specifications that must be followed in the ventilation system design to guide the entire development process.In the analyses of design opportunities and product strategy,firstly,the development prospect,product form and macro background(policy,economy,society,technology)of the new air system are summarized in detail,with the research method combining market,competitive products and macro environment.And the key points of opportunity corresponding to each condition are put forward as a preliminary reference for product development.Secondly,analyzing the main problems in the product life cycle(PLC)of ventilation system by combining qualitative and quantitative methods and investigating the users' expectation of product improvement to formulate product development strategy.Finally,carrying out target ventilation system's design positioning and design practice from the five aspects of usage scenario,user community,major function,product appearance and price and finished the design of the target ventilation equipment in the exterior wall and supporting control application,based on theoretical research,design opportunities,and product strategy.In the following process,verifying the feasibility of the scheme design by the principle prototype,appearance model and application prototype simulation test.The results showed that the scheme basically improved a series of problems such as too large volume and inconvenient operation,realizing the design objective of the ventilation system to improve the user experience with intelligent autonomous and distributed control.On the one hand,the project design enriches the product form ventilation system.On the other hand,it verifies the feasibility of intelligent upgrade of traditional household electrical appliances under the current technology background.In addition,it provides a new idea and certain research foundation for the design of the equipment of air treatment products in the future.
