With the improvement of living standards,consumers require better performance for riding comfort of vehicle.In order to meet this demand,more and more auto manufacturers are applying active control mount to the powertrain for suppressing vibration of high-class vehicles or three-cylinder vehicles.This dissertation paper aims to design an active control mount driven by electromagnetic actuator and study for its vibration isolation performance based on simulations and experiments.The contents can be summarized as follows:1)Firstly,we analyze the research status of active control mounts at home and abroad,the basic principles of active vibration isolation and working principles of active control mount.Then,the characteristics of active control mounts with different structure types are compared and investigated.Finally,the active control hydraulic mount driven by electromagnetic actuator is selected as the object of this study owing to its excellent performance of vibration isolation.2)According to the vibration excitation of powertrain and the structure of passive hydraulic mount,the design parameters of the actuator in the active control mount are determined.And an electromagnetic actuator is designed according to the requirements.In order to verify the output characteristics of electromagnetic actuator,the static and dynamic characteristics of the electromagnetic actuator are simulated and tested.The test results agree well with the simulation results,and the test results show that the designed electromagnetic actuator meets the requirements of working performance.3)The active control mount is designed on basis of the structure of electromagnetic actuator and hydraulic mount.The lumped parameter model is established by the structure of active control mount,and its mathematical model is derived.The finite element method is used to identify the proposed lumped model parameters.Based on the lumped parameter model,the mathematical model of the dynamic stiffness and lag angle of the active control mount is derived,and the dynamic characteristics of the active control mount are simulated by MATLAB software.The simulation results show that the designed active control mount meets the performance requirements.In order to further verify the working performance of active control mount,the static and dynamic characteristics of the active mount are tested.The validity of the proposed mathematical model is verified by the experimental results,which shows that the designed active control mount meets the working requirements.Furthermore,based on the mathematical model of active control mount,the effects of structure parameters on the dynamic characteristics of active control mount are studied by simulation.The simulation results provide guidance for the design and structural optimization of active control mount.4)In order to investigate the vibration isolation performance of the active control mount,a single-degree-of-freedom test bench and two-degree-of-freedom test bench for active control mount are developed,and the lumped parameter models of the single-degree-of-freedom test system and the two-degree-of-freedom test system are established.The vibration isolation performance of the active control mount is studied by simulation and testing.The results show that the active control mount with control can greatly suppress vibration of a single degree of freedom system or a two degree of freedom system.which indicates that active control mount has a good vibration isolation performance.The study carried out in this paper provides technical support for the development of active control mounts and has a certain engineering application value.
