A Comparative Study Of Rural Planning And Construction On Both Sides Of The Taiwan Strait From The Perspective Of Human Settlements

Since 2005,China has put forward a series of rural construction policies,such as new rural construction,beautiful rural construction and Rural Revitalization.Taiwan’s rural construction started earlier than that of the mainland.In 1994,Taiwan Cultural Construction Association put forward the policy of "overall community construction" with "landscape creation,production and human creation" as the core.Subsequently,Taiwan government issued a series of policies,such as "community accompany plan" and "six star plan of healthy community",and achieved certain results.The goal of rural construction is to improve the quality of life of residents.The planning of rural residential environment is closely related to the quality of life of residents.The production and life of residents are all based on the living environment.Rural development can not be separated from the improvement of rural living environment.Although there are differences in policy and theory in rural planning and construction between the two countries,Taiwan and the mainland have the same roots and ancestors,and they are the same or similar in regional climate and cultural tradition,so there are more similarities in rural planning and construction.From the perspective of human settlements,this paper compares the rural planning and construction in Taiwan and Mainland China.Through field investigation,in-depth interviews and literature reading,it makes a comparative analysis of the development process of rural construction and rural representative cases in the two places,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of rural villages in Taiwan and Mainland China in terms of human settlements planning,and puts forward solutions according to the existing problems in mainland China It can provide some reference for the present rural planning and construction.The paper is divided into seven chapters.(1)The first chapter discusses the background of cross-strait rural construction and the significance of the topic,the related research of rural construction,the definition of the concept of rural human settlements,and puts forward the research scope and the technical route.(2)The second chapter expounds the theory of rural construction,the current situation of foreign rural construction,puts forward the development trend of rural residential environment,analyzes the process and current problems of rural construction in mainland and Taiwan,and finally the survey of the case and the problems found in the survey.(3)The third to fifth chapters choose four rural representative cases in mainland China and Taiwan respectively,and make a comparative study on the three levels of ecological environment,residential environment and social environment,analyze the characteristics of the two,and discuss the planning strategies for the problems of rural areas in mainland China.(4)The sixth chapter is the application practice of the conclusions of the previous chapters-Liguang rural planning and Shangzhou rural planning.(5)The seventh chapter is the summary of the whole paper,and the prospect of the research and development of rural human settlements in the mainland.
