Distribution network is the last link in "generation,transmission,transformation and distribution".The development of distribution network is directly related to the reliability of the last kilometer of power consumption of users.The traditional distribution network can be said to be "blind operation" in terms of fault,rapid replication and monitoring of each node of the power grid.That is to say,after the failure of the traditional power grid,the operators usually rely on the operation and maintenance experience,sectional trial delivery,and patrol to check and isolate the fault.This way has low operation and maintenance efficiency and low reliability of power supply.Distribution network intelligent system can solve the above shortcomings of traditional distribution network operation and maintenance.Distribution network intelligent system can realize automatic isolation of distribution network faults,re-supply of non-fault areas,monitoring of various equipment parameters of distribution network,distribution and transmission of fault information alarm.Building a good distribution network intelligent system plays an extremely important role in reducing labor costs,improving power supply reliability and operation and maintenance management efficiency of power supply enterprises.In 2018,Lechang Power Supply Bureau developed and established an intelligent distribution network system,which effectively solved the inefficiency of traditional distribution network fault management by means of intelligent alarm,automatic isolation of faults,automatic restoration of power supply in non-fault areas,intelligent planning of fault point paths,and intelligent management worksheets.Operation and maintenance management level of local distribution network.This paper mainly completes the following four aspects:(1)After consulting a large number of documents and materials,this paper expounds the demand background and development of intelligent distribution network system,and discusses the design significance of this topic.(2)The demand analysis of intelligent management of distribution network is studied.The difficulties of fault finding and fast recovery of power supply under traditional mode are analyzed in combination with the characteristics of parameters and operation and maintenance mode of distribution network.The disadvantages of traditional fault management are pointed out,and the inevitable trend and demand of intelligent management of distribution network are expounded.(3)The configuration requirements and main working principles of the software and hardware design of the intelligent distribution network system are introduced,and the design and application of the background software system of the intelligent distribution network system management are described in detail.(4)This paper mainly introduces the engineering realization of intelligent distr ibution network system,its application principles in the work of fast isolation and automatic recovery of faults,daily operation and management,and illustrates it with a pilot case in Wangping Line.
