With the development of engineering construction capability and technology in China,the requirements of hydraulic diversion tunnel are improved with the development of the country.The length of the tunnel due to the different construction conditions and actual needs,the construction of complex topography,geology and so on many problems,these difficulties design,technical personnel will get in trouble and challenge,therefore,decided to water conservancy project success,whether the desired purpose,the key problem is that the success and failure of tunnel engineering construction.This paper takes the diversion tunnel included in the jiude branch of the second phase of the diversion project in central jilin province as an example,and studies the lining structure of the chengmen tunnel without pressure diversion tunnel in the project.Considering the initial stress of different kinds of surrounding rocks,the load acting on the lining is determined by three different working conditions: construction period,maintenance period and operation period.Combined with nine DE feeder hydraulic tunnel of pile number 0 + 320 on behalf of the type II surrounding rock,1 + 200 representative ? class surrounding rock of two typical cross section as an example,choosing the method of structural mechanics of surrounding rock pressure,web,the elastic resistance,such as internal force calculation,the analysis using the finite element software ANSYS using death unit technology to hydraulic tunnel lining structure to establish the elastoplastic numerical model and is Beijing manage software to study respectively,the results of deformation,displacement and internal force were analyzed,it is concluded that the tunnel displacement and deformation is small,meet the safety requirements.According to the ANSYS calculation of stress,shear force and bending moment under three different working conditions,the maximum value appears during the construction period,but the stress distribution rule is basically the same,the deviation is small,and it meets the requirements.The surrounding rock is stable and reliable at each stage,which verifies the accuracy and representativeness of the finite element software simulation.From nine,regional tunnel lining structure is analyzed,the selection of parameters derived from practical engineering data,model establishment,the lining of displacement,stress and internal force analysis of the distribution is reasonable,to give the design of tunnel lining structure provides a useful theoretical basis for the analysis of the achievements and research methods can provide some beneficial reference for other related tunnel project value.
