The rapid development of the civil aviation transportation industry makes air traffic busier than ever,congestion problems have also emerged as well.The air traffic CPS is built,its influential nodes are ranked,the network's invulnerability is studied,the cascading failure simulations is conducted and multiple mitigation strategies are proposed,these will provide a certain theoretical basis for alleviating flight congestion.Ranking of air traffic CPS influence node.With ATC positions as nodes,the air traffic CPS control network(information network)is constructed according to flight handover relationship.And the air traffic CPS airway network(physical network)is constructed with waypoints as nodes and segments between the nodes as the edges.Based on the improved K-Shell algorithm,the influence of the nodes is identified.Degree,betweenness centrality,closeness centrality,eigenvector centrality,K-shell and MKS indicator are used to rank the influence of the nodes.It is proved that when using MKS to identify the influence of the air traffic CPS nodes,the result is more accurate,and the greater the influence of the air traffic control network,the more influential the waypoints within its command sector.Study on air traffic CPS invulnerability.The invulnerability of air traffic CPS control network and airway network is studied and the result shows that the air traffic CPS control network and airway network have the best invulnerability under random attack,and the invulnerability under selective attack is poor.Under MKS-first attack,the control network's invulnerability indicator fluctuates more severely.Under the betweenness-firsrt attack,the airway network's traffic capacity declines fastest.Study on air traffic CPS cascading failure and mitigation strategies.The "one-to-many" mapping relationship between the control network and the airway network shows that cascading failures occur mostly in the airway network,and that traffic flows only in the airway network,and information flow is only transmitted in the control network.The traditional load-capacity model is improved,and the critical value of the capacity adjustable parameter is analyzed.In addition,the nodes are described as “normal”,“congested” and“failed”.Strategies such as node degree allocation,betweenness centrality allocation,and remaining capacity allocation is adopted to alleviate the cascading failure of the airwaynetwork and the control network,and the degree of cascade failure mitigation is characterized by the network normal rate index.It is proved that under node betweenness centrality allocation,The ability of air traffic CPS to resist cascading failure is strong and cascade failure recovers the first from the collapsed state.Under the node remaining capacity allocation,the air traffic CPS cascade failure restores to the original normal state the fastest,and the ability of each node to receive additional capacity is fully utilized,and the mitigation effect is excellent.
