In recent years,the surge of sector traffic has led to the continuous increase of control workload,increased the fatigue level of controllers,and affected the situational awareness of controllers.The loss or decline of situational awareness is the main human factor leading to civil aviation accidents,so how to evaluate the situational awareness of controllers accurately is particularly important.In view of the fact that there are few researches on the situation awareness of controllers in China,and there is no complete and quantifiable evaluation model of situation awareness of controllers,a quantifiable model of situation awareness of controllers is established to evaluate and quantify the situation awareness of controllers,analyze the relationship between the influencing factors,and predict the development trend.This paper explores the quantification of situation awareness of controllers and the correlation analysis of influencing factors.Among them,through the fatigue index constructed by the EEG data of the controller,the correlation between the analysis and the related factors is analyzed.The analysis results of the EEG data show that the response time of the controller has a highly linear relationship with the fatigue index and a cubic function relationship with the post age.The factors of eye movement and fixation index were analyzed.The three indexes of fixation time,fixation duration and total number of visits of the first fixation point had strong correlation with post age and fatigue degree.There was significant difference between the data before and after shift.The one-step transfer probability of the controller's attention is calculated by Markov chain model.It is found that when the one-step transfer probability is 0.160 ?P ? 0.192,the level of attention distribution is more reasonable;when the probability is p < 0.16,the attention distribution is not reasonable;when the probability is p >0.192,the proportion of attention distribution of the controller exceeds the acceptable range.The quantitative evaluation model of situational awareness of controllers is constructed by using the five element contact number method of set pair analysis.Theanalysis results show that the control ability and surrounding environment of controllers are at level 1 and level 3 respectively in the same potential area,and the stress ability and fatigue degree are at level 183 in the opposite potential area.Therefore,the training of stress ability of controllers and the prevention of personal fatigue degree should be strengthened in the same potential area The number of branch factors is far greater than that in the counter potential area,which reflects that the situation awareness of the tested controllers is better in the simulation control process.The calculation of the partial connection coefficient of each stage shows that there is a fluctuating trend in the overall situation awareness of the controllers.The results of this study can provide some reference for the first-line units to evaluate the situational awareness of controllers,optimize scheduling schemes and cognitive behavior research.
