With the continuous growth of air traffic flow,in order to meet the increasing passenger throughput,cargo and mail throughput year by year,new airports have been continuously established,the density of airports has continued to increase,multiple airp ort terminal areas have emerged,and airports have been coupled with each other and affected each other.Therefore,the establishment of a cooperative and joint release mechanism in the terminal area of multiple airports to reduce the total cost of flight delays and improve the on-time rate of releases are issues that need to be studied and resolved at this stage.This paper first briefly introduces the issue of flight releases in multi-airport terminal areas,establishes a flight delay assessment index,and uses a weighted K-Prototypes clustering algorithm combined with the elbow method and the contour coefficient method to cluster a large number of delayed flights to classify the delay The classification process is converted into a clustering process,and the rough set theory is used to determine the delay flight classification rules,and the flight delay grade is divided into four delay grades: mild delay,general delay,moderate delay and severe delay.When the new airport caused changes in airspace resource allocation and route network,the strategy of collaborative departure of departure flights in multiple terminal areas was studied.First,based on the flight delay classification,a multi-airport cooperative release model with delay cost as the objective function under the new airport was established,and a linear decreasing particle swarm algorithm(LD-PSO)was designed to solve the model.The model was verified by an example.After optimization,the total flight delay cost was reduced by 22.3% compared with the first-come-first-served strategy,which effectively reduced the total flight delay cost;and further introduced the concept of airport priority,and established a dual-objective multi-target multi-target system with delay cost and delay time The airport cooperative release model is solved by using multi-objective linearly decreasing particle swarm algorithm(LD-MPSO).The model is verified by a calculation example in the case of the addition of Daxing Airport in the Beijing-Tianjin terminal area to build a unified collaboration for multiple airport terminal areas.The release mechanism provides the theoretical method and scientific basis.
