The electro-hydraulic position servo control system has been widely used in industrial production,aerospace and other fields due to its advantages of high power density and strong load capacity.The electro-hydraulic servo controller which is used to realize the control strategy plays a decisive role in the control performance of the system.However,at present,the control accuracy and reliability of the electro-hydraulic servo controller produced in China need to be improved.Moreover,the control strategy applied in the electro-hydraulic servo control system has many disadvantages,such as strong dependence on the accurate model,complex structure,and difficult to be applied in practice.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems,a 32-bit high-performance electro-hydraulic servo controller based on ARM instruction set is developed,and a PID control strategy based on Three-dimensional Beetle Antennae Search is proposed.The control performance of the electro-hydraulic servo is verified by experiments,which provides a new idea and a beneficial attempt to solve the problems in the field of electro-hydraulic servo control in China.In this paper,the valve controlled asymmetric cylinder position servo system is modeled and analyzed.The analysis results show that the research of digital controller and control strategy can improve the control performance of the system.An electro-hydraulic servo controller based on ARM is developed,and the hardware circuit is designed.On this basis,the embedded software is developed,and the upper computer debugging software suitable for the electro-hydraulic servo control system is developed.The improved algorithm is applied to the parameter tuning of PID control algorithm,and a PID control strategy based on Three-dimensional Beetle Antennae Search is proposed.The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by simulation and comparison.On the basis of the above research,the PID control strategy based on Threedimensional Beetle Antennae Search is applied to the electro-hydraulic servo controller based on ARM,and the effectiveness of the control performance of the electro-hydraulic position servo control system is verified by experiments.
