Magnetic-fluid double suspension bearing is a brand-new support method formed by the combination of two kinds of support of liquid static pressure and electromagnetic suspension.This support method has obviously improved and improved the bearing capacity and stiffness of the bearing system.However,since the two suspension systems of electromagnetic suspension and hydrostatic pressure are nonlinear systems,and the mutual interference and mutual coupling between the two,it also aggravates the risk of parametric resonance during the operation of the magnetic liquid double suspension bearing,which seriously affects The stability and reliability of the bearing system operation.Therefore,this paper intends to study the parametric resonance characteristics of the magnetic fluid double suspension bearing parametric variable system.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Combined with hydrostatic bearing theory,Maxwell theory,etc.,a mathematical model of single-degree-of-freedom radial bearing capacity was established,and the firstorder trajectory sensitivity analysis method was used to analyze various parameters of the bearing system such as: rotor mass,oil viscosity,The influence of oil film thickness,supply flow,supply current,etc.on the bearing system provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent research on key parameter parametric systems.(2)Aiming at the supply flow q of the bearing system,the Mathieu-Duiffng equation under flow vibration is established.At the same time,the progressive method is used to analyze the main parameter resonance,1/2 subharmonic parameter resonance and 1/3 subharmonic parameter resonance under flow vibration,and to study the vibration occurrence conditions and amplitude changes under 1/2 subharmonic resonance law.(3)For the current i supplied by the bearing system,the Mathieu-Duiffng equation under current vibration is established.At the same time,the principal parameter resonance,1/2 sub-harmonic parameter resonance and 1/3 sub-harmonic parameter resonance under current vibration are deduced by the progressive method,and the vibration occurrence conditions and the amplitude variation rules under different types of resonance are studied.(4)Using the finite element analysis software,the rotor natural frequency and modal analysis of the magnetic fluid double suspension bearing were analyzed.Combined with the mathematical model of the magnetic fluid double suspension bearing balance equation,flow rate and current vibration,numerical simulation of the main parameters at different frequencies Parameter,1/2 subharmonic parameter and 1/3 subharmonic parameter resonance...
