In order to study the model set up to support the six parameters of viscoelastic damper damping system under non-stationary seismic excitation response and seismic action based on the seismic code values,in this paper,through the transfer function method and transfer matrix of single degree of freedom and multi degree of freedom system stochastic seismic response problem are studied.Firstly,considering the influence of supporting stiffness of viscoelastic damper,using Laplace transform,establish with six parameters of the equivalent constitutive relation of viscoelastic damper model,converts it to a standard of integral type;Integral differential equation of structure was adopted to realize time domain not order accurate modeling,and then,using the transfer function method(transfer matrix method),directly on the energy consumption structure of the original space for shock absorption system in the nonzero initial conditions and the displacement,velocity,displacement of supporting structure under random excitation force size and speed,speed,and damper and damper displacement,speed,time domain transient response of expanding order modal superposition exact solutions,and the unified analytic expression.Secondly,based on the transfer function method(transfer matrix method)for time domain transient response analytic solutions of vibration reduction system,deduce the single degree of freedom and multi degree of freedom system in four African stationary response under the seismic model incentive variance analytic expression,and is verified by an example to support the influence of the stiffness of viscoelastic damper and six parameters of viscoelastic damper damping effect.Thirdly,the response variance of energy dissipation system is calculated by using virtual excitation method.Using existing non-stationary seismic model of response variance and comparison between the analytical solution and its verified the correctness of the pseudo-excitation method and pseudo-excitation method further solve the non-uniform excitation response variance of non-stationary earthquake model.Fourthly,the energy dissipation system response variance analytic expression of identity decomposition,break it down for the first order and second order linear combination of the series of standard vibrator,using engineering commonly used stationary white noise model,the variance of system response completely converted to a linear combination of the second order standard vibrator,thereby gaining model with support six parameters of viscoelastic damper damping system response approximate design value and its corresponding value analysis method under the seismic random excitations.
