Quality and safety are the most important issues in the development of prefabricated buildings,which determine the application space and development speed of prefabricated buildings.At present,the construction technology and site conditions of prefabricated concrete structure are not mature,the connection of steel bar at horizontal joint between prefabricated members is more complex,and the connection of horizontal joint between prefabricated walls still has problems such as pouring defects.The shear bearing capacity of horizontal joints cannot meet the design requirements because of the construction quality in practical engineering.Therefore,it is necessary to study the construction defects of horizontal joint of assembly shear wall.Taking a high.rise residence in Huairou District of Beijing as the engineering background,this paper makes a detailed study on the mechanical performance of the prefabricated shear wall structure considering the construction defects.First of all,through the establishment of a monitoring system for strain monitoring test,because there is no steel bar connection between the prefabricated walls in the project,it will have a certain impact on its bearing performance,which can be compared to the construction quality defect at the horizontal joint in the project.The creep prediction model is modified based on the measured values,and the experimental monitoring data are analyzed.Secondly,the internal force analysis program of shear wall structure based on COLSYS is compiled,and the related calculation of horizontal seismic action is carried out.After the shear wall model based on test is established,the differential equation is solved by using the program to explore the internal force of shear wall structure under horizontal earthquake action.Then,by introducing the defect coefficient to create the defect element,establishing the shear wall model with the defect element,developing the finite element analysis program based on FORTRAN language,we can automatically divide the element mesh,calculate the displacement,stress and strain of the element,and explore theinfluence of the different defect degree under the action of horizontal earthquake.By comparing the construction defect with the stiffness without the construction defect,the change parameters are as follows: shear wall thickness and width,shear wall concrete strength,defect unit defect degree,axial compression ratio,to explore the different degree of defect,stiffness reduction coefficient and other parameters Relationship.Finally,the reduction formula of the stiffness of the assembly shear wall considering the construction defect is put forward,and compared with the monitoring test value of the assembly shear wall in Huairou District,Beijing,and the design application suggestion is put forward for the actual project.
