Based on the structural design theory of the cable-stayed bridge,this paper analyzes the structure of the bridge,calculates the influence of the change of the main design parameters on the stress of the bridge,and studies the key technology of the rotary construction.Combined with the engineering situation,MIDAS / civil is used to establish the finite element model of the bridge,simulate the bridge construction stage,and analyze the basic state of the key construction stage of the hybrid beam swivel cable-stayed bridge.On this basis,combined with the finite element calculation,the sensitivity analysis of structural parameters of the hybrid beam swivel cable-stayed bridge is carried out.This paper mainly analyzes the influence of structural parameters change on the main beam shape,internal force,tower top deflection and cable force of the swivel structure.According to the influence of the parameters on the state of the swivel structure,the main sensitive parameters of the bridge are the self weight of the main beam and the cable force,and the temporary load is the more sensitive parameter.BP neural network is applied to identify the error of the main sensitive parameters of the swivel structure of Dongfeng flyover.The main structural parameters after identification are modified and replaced into the finite element calculation model for recalculation,so that the measured value and the theoretical predicted value of the modified simulation calculation result are more consistent with the theoretical value of the original model,and the actual situation of the project is more accurately grasped,which is helpful for the construction control Error adjustment provides theoretical reference.The main girder of the bridge has the characteristics of asymmetric span and different materials.In the turning stage,because of the long cantilever of the turning structure,the bridge is in the state of unbalanced self weight.In this paper,the design and construction control of the rotation,traction and balance system in the construction of the hybrid beam swivel cable-stayed bridge are studied in detail.In order to ensure the balance and stability of the swivel structure,the counterweight experiment and the checking calculation of the wind resistance performance are carried out.And the specific monitoring scheme of the turning process,the attitude adjustment and the elevation control after the turning were given.
