At present,three-phase unbalance exists widely in low voltage distribution network.Therefore,this paper uses a dynamic power regulation based method to control the three-phase unbalance of low voltage distribution network,which is mainly through the(Voltage Source Inverter,or VSI for short),realizes dynamic power compensation for three-phase loads,while the dynamic power output uses direct current control,and the SPWM(Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation)modulation link of VSI is simplified by switching function and dynamic phasor method.Finally,the simulation results on the MATLAB/Simuilink simulation platform show that the simplified model and control method of the unbalance control device used in this paper are very effective,and the three-phase unbalance control effect is obvious.In order to further verify the effectiveness of the three-phase unbalance control method proposed in this paper and the practical application value of the project,a prototype of VSI-based unbalance compensation device is developed and the actual operation of the network is suspended.After the analysis of the real data collected from the operation of the network,it is shown that the three-phase unbalance of the control desk area is significantly reduced after the installation of the unbalance compensation device,and verified by a real case.The effectiveness of the three-phase unbalance control method proposed in this paper is discussed.case.
