This paper analyzes the mechanical structure,working principle and mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor,and proposes two new control algorithms for the speed control of permanent magnet synchronous motor.In order to verify the control effect of the algorithms proposed in this paper,Matlab /Simulink simulation experiments are carried out firstly,and then the hardware experiments are carried out after the simulation is successful,which further verifies the effectiveness of the proposed control algorithms.1.Aiming at the disadvantage that the traditional PID control algorithm can not follow the system parameters in real time,a speed control algorithm of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on wavelet neural network PID control algorithm is proposed.The speed loop controller is composed of wavelet neural network and incremental PID.The three-layer feed-forward artificial neural network is used to train and update the network parameters online based on the gradient descent correction error method.According to the changes of system operation parameters,the PID parameters are updated in real time,which effectively improves the speed regulation performance of the motor.2.Aiming at the system chattering problem of the traditional exponential approach law sliding mode control algorithm,a new approach law based sliding mode control algorithm of permanent magnet synchronous motor speed is proposed.The weighted integral gain is introduced into the traditional exponential approach law,and the switching function and the absolute value of integral gain are introduced into the gain term.When the sliding surface function approaches zero,the gain of the switching term is significantly reduced.When the system is in the approach mode stage,the introduction of the weighted integral term can effectively increase the approach speed of the system and make the system converge rapidly.Based on the new approach law proposed in this paper,a speed controller is designed and applied to the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system,which can effectivelysuppress the chattering of the system and achieve high-precision control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed.In order to carry out the actual control experiments on the two control algorithms proposed in this paper,in view of the shortcomings of the existing permanent magnet synchronous motor drive controller in the laboratory,an improved design is carried out.The DSP TMS320F28335 produced by TI company is used as the main control chip of the motor drive controller.The circuit schematic design of the control circuit of the permanent magnet synchronous motor drive controller,the PCB welding and the software engineering of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system are completed.Under the DSP software development environment CCS6.0,the basic functions of the motor rotor position signal reading,PWM wave generation and PI control algorithm are realized by C language programming.On the basis of the above work,the two control algorithms are programmed in C language and applied to the designed permanent magnet synchronous motor drive controller,and the hardware experiment is carried out.By comparing the experimental results,the effectiveness of the two control algorithms are further verified,and the reliability of the motor drive controller designed in this paper is also verified.
