In the process of rapid development of China's transportation,bridges also develop rapidly because of their important role.In order to save urban space,curved girder bridges are more and more widely used in urban traffic.Compared with the straight beam bridge,the curve beam bridge is affected by "bending and torsion",which makes its dynamic response more complex under the coupling effect of vehicle and bridge,and the pavement damage on the bridge is more prominent.In view of this,it is necessary to study the dynamic response of the pavement of the curved beam bridge under the vehicle bridge coupling.In this paper,a curved continuous box girder bridge is taken as the research object.Based on the rigid flexible coupling dynamics,the dynamic response of vehicle road bridge in the process of vehicle road bridge coupling is studied.The main work and achievements are as follows:(1)Based on ANSYS software,a part of the finite element model on the bearing platform of curved continuous box girder bridge is established,including box girder and bridge pavement.The bridge and pavement are modeled separately,and then the fixed interface modes of each substructure are synthetically analyzed to obtain the whole inherent dynamic characteristics.(2)Based on the multi rigid body dynamics UM software,the whole vehicle model of three-axis heavy-duty vehicle is established.The model contains 22 degrees of freedom,which can accurately describe the mechanical characteristics of the real vehicle in the vehicle road bridge coupling calculation.The spring and damping characteristics in the vehicle model can be parameterized according to the suspension characteristics of the actual vehicle,and the suspension linear and nonlinear simulation can be carried out.(3)By introducing the bridge and vehicle model into UM,the vehicle bridge road coupling system of curved beam bridge is constructed,and the dynamic response analysis of the vehicle road bridge coupling system of curved beam bridgeis realized,including the natural vibration characteristics and deflection under the bridge constraint conditions.At the same time,the stress and strain of bridge pavement surface and bond layer can be obtained by the interaction of tire and pavement.The dynamic response of heavy-duty vehicle caused by vehicle bridge coupling vibration includes: the roll angle and pitch angle of vehicle body,the three-way force of tire,suspension force,etc.Through the study of vehicle road bridge coupling dynamics,it can provide the basis for bridge maintenance,mechanical response analysis of bridge deck pavement,response characteristics and safety analysis of heavy-duty vehicles.The calculated vehicle coupling suspension force can be used as the dynamic coupling force to act on the tire bridge interaction model,and provide reference for the calculation of viscoelastic asphalt pavement failure analysis.
