Based on the example of Nengda CBD Station of Nantong Metro Line 1,this paper adopts the method of combining statistical analysis and numerical analysis of measured data to obtain the key control factors affecting the stability of the trough wall,puts forward reasonable and feasible measures to solve the problems in the process of underground continuous wall with rich sand layer,determines the weak key links in the construction of underground continuous wall without trough wall,and summarizes the whole construction technology,construction flow,technical measures and so on.In this paper,the construction plan of the underground continuous wall in the sandrich area is put forward,the problems in the construction of the underground continuous wall in this area are pointed out,the reasonable technical measures are given,and the corresponding treatment methods are worked out.Combined with FLAC3 D software,the construction model of underground continuous wall groove in water-rich sand layer area is established,which is suitable for the actual working conditions in the field,and the monitoring points are arranged in the model to control the mud severity and the excavation step in the excavation process.The variation law of underground continuous wall groove construction in this area under different mud weight and excavation step is obtained,and the reasonable heavy mud and excavation step size suitable for underground continuous wall groove construction in this area are given.In the actual engineering has chosen 2 change to the section of the underground continuous wall as test object and test plan formulation,the process of excavation of underground continuous wall in the main reinforcement earth pressure stress in the whole process of monitoring and analysis of test results,the actual monitoring data are analyzed in this article puts forward the corresponding technical measures for future water rich sand layer of underground continuous wall construction for reference.Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding control measures for the construction quality of water-rich sand underground continuous wall from the aspects of the treatment and prevention of the vertical degree of the wall collapse of the wall of wall toe grouting groove to control the seepage of water and exposed reinforcement of the underground continuous wall.
