With the increase of smart devices and the widespread use of wireless sensors,the amount of data is exploding.Cloud computing can no longer satisfy some application requests that need real-time processing.Fog computing as a low-latency,widely distributed computing paradigm,can migrate cloud resources from the data center to the edge of network.At present,the problem of fog computing resource allocation is a research hot spot,and Vehicle Fog Computing(VFC)as a part of fog computing also receives more and more attention.Due to restrictions on space resources and a growing population,the limited number of parking spaces causes severe parking problems.The combination of VFC and parking assistance helps users obtain parking information and ease parking pressure.The focus of this paper is to establish an incentive mechanism to help users obtain parking information,and achieve a reasonable allocation of fog resources in the fog computing environment.The main research contents are as follows:(1)In the application scenario of VFC,we combine with parking assistance problems to establish an incentive mechanism with low latency and high stability.Encourage fog nodes to contribute free resources to optimize the allocation of fog resources to meet the requests of users.(2)Construct a VFC parking assist system model,and propose a VFC incentive mechanism based on reverse auction on this model.Considering the low-cost and real-time requests of users,we propose the utility functions of users,fog nodes and third-party platform.We also design a VFC parking assisted distribution strategy based on reverse auction.This strategy achieves personal rationality and budget balance.Atthe same time,it also improves the matching success rate of users and social utility,and saves the overhead costs of users.(3)In view of the fact that most current auction based fog resource allocation issues do not consider environmental benefits,we propose a VFC incentive mechanism based on double auctions under the VFC parking assist system model.And under the framework,we put forward the concept of preference value of users and utility functions innovatively.Combined with the principle of McAfee double auction,we design a VFC parking assisted distribution strategy based on double auction.Through theoretical analysis and experiments,this strategy guarantees the authenticity of both buyers and sellers on the basis of individual rationality and budget balance.At the same time,this strategy improves the utility of users and fog nodes,improves the platform profit and system efficiency,saves the parking waiting time of users,and achieves green distribution.
