Rolling bearings are used as main shaft support parts of vibration machinery,and they work in extreme hostile environments with vibration machinery for a long time.The degree of bearing failure cracking is closely related to the service life of vibration machinery.If the size of the bearing failure can be accurately grasped in a timely manner and a suitable timing is selected for replacement,it will greatly avoid production accidents caused by bearing failure,and reduce the economic loss of production line shutdown due to the replacement of weakly faulted bearings.Therefore,it is very necessary to establish a set of on-line monitoring system for vibration mechanical rolling bearings with fault quantification function.This paper first selects the rolling bearing of the circular vibrating screen as the research object.Aiming at the problem of quantifying the severity of vibrating mechanical rolling bearing fault,by analyzing the fault characteristics of vibrating mechanical rolling bearing,the influence of local single fault size on contact deformation is considered by Hertz contact theory,and by introducing load distribution area,a dynamic model of double impact phenomenon of a single local damage fault in the outer ring of a vibrating mechanical rolling bearing is established.Then,Abaqus is used to solve the time-varying stiffness of the bearing,and the time-varying stiffness curve is introduced into the model to obtain the dynamic model of the double impact phenomenon of the time-varying stiffness of the circular screen rolling bearing.According to this model,two groups of bearings with different defect sizes are simulated and test on a circular vibrating screen.The results of theoretical analysis and experimental analysis show that the rolling element produces double shock signal through defects.The bearing fault is quantified according to the time interval of double shock signal,and the accuracy rate is over 96%,which verifies the correctness of the model and thefeasibility of applying this method to the fault quantification of rolling bearings in vibrating machine.Finally,In this paper,computers,data acquisition cards,signal conditioners,acceleration sensors,etc.are used as hardware,and Labview alone development,Labview and Matlab mixed development are selected as software development platforms,and the method of extracting double impact signal time intervals is used to implement fault quantification.A set of on-line monitoring system for rolling bearing of circular vibrating screen with three modular interfaces: data acquisition module,fault diagnosis module and fault quantification module was developed.Functions such as on-line monitoring,fault diagnosis,and quantification of fault width dimensions for rolling bearings of circular vibrating screens are realized.
