The stadium is an important carrier for achieving a comfortable sports environment.Excessively hot or cold thermal environments in the stadium,too heavy or too light exercise intensity will not only affect the comfort of sports,but also easily cause diseases such as decreased immunity and exercise fatigue..When exercising in the stadium,the thermal environment and exercise intensity often affect the subjective thermal sensation of the person.At the same time,the physical temperature,blood pressure,heart rate and other physiological indicators of the human body continue to change,which in turn affects sports health and performance.In response to the above problems,the author conducted a survey and analysis of the indoor thermal environment of the venues in the winter and summer seasons,coupled with the quantitative impact of different exercise intensity on the human body,and used regression variables to simulate the changing characteristics of the thermal sensation of sports human bodies in different thermal environments.At the same time,combined with the experimental process parameters,a series of questionnaire voting results and physiological parameter indicators of the subjects under the joint action of air temperature and exercise intensity are obtained.Finally,the correlation and difference between the data are cross-analyzed.By comparing the relationship between air temperature and skin temperature and heart rate in winter and summer,summer average comfort is negatively correlatedwith exercise intensity,air temperature and heart rate;30? is not only the critical temperature at which the heart rate increases significantly,but also the intensity of exercise.Critical temperature affected by skin temperature difference.This is higher than the reference interval of JGJ31-2003 about the indoor summer air temperature of the venue(26~28?).The effect of exercise intensity on the average skin of summer subjects is significantly higher than that of winter.The increase in skin temperature under the influence of exercise intensity in summer is nearly three times higher than that in winter.The skin temperature range corresponding to the "slightly cooler-slightly warmer"(-1 to +1)neutral zone with average thermal sensation is 29.8to 33.6?.The isotherm interval in summer is 36.5~37.6?,and the isotherm interval in winter is 35.9~36.3?.Introduce fatigue evaluation indexes to evaluate the fatigue feedback results of sports subjects.The upper and lower limits of the summer fatigue voting are significantly higher than the winter fatigue voting,and the winter voting results are more convergent.It shows that the combined effect of air temperature and exercise intensity has a significant effect on fatigue.At the same time,when exercising in the summer environment,the energy consumption per unit time of the body is greater than that in winter.Considering the tendency of the human body to move in the thermal neutral zone of the sports body,the degree of deviation Closely related to energy consumption per unit time.Combined with the thermal adaptation of the human body to the sports situation,the intersection points of the cumulative experience of "expecting to be warmer" and "expecting to be cooler" in the winter and summer seasons are shifted by 0.3 and 0.8in the positive direction relative to the zero scale.It can be concluded that the thermal neutral zone of the moving human body is shifted to varying degrees,and it is more significant in summer.That is to say,in summer,compared with winter,the sports body in the stadium shows more active tolerance.According to the previous reference interval of JGJ31-2003,it is recommended that the indoor temperature of the venue be increased by 1 to 2?,which can improve the energy efficiency of the venue while satisfying the comfort of the sports body.Using the shifted new scale as a reference,subjects were asked to vote on the Borg Exercise Consciousness Scale questionnaire,and compared with the original scale.The RPE score in the improved new scale was reduced,indicating the new scale More suitable for sports situations.This article explores the changing characteristics of different indicators under various working conditions,and deeply analyzes the relationship between the indoor thermal environment of the venue,the voting of the subjective questionnaire and the physiological parameters,in order to provide a reference for the participants who exercise in different thermal environments indoors.
