The drainage boundary condition is an important part of the consolidation theory.The traditional Terzaghi consolidation theory defines the soil boundary as completely drained or completely undrained.Although the solution is simple,there are some defects.However,the continuous drainage boundary condition proposed by Mei Guoxiong can well reflect the permeability of the soil boundary and the change of pore pressure at the boundary.Similarly,the previous study on consolidation theory of soft clay ground rarely considered the structure of soil,but in fact,the structure is one of the important characteristics of soft clay ground.There are obvious differences in consolidation characteristics of soil before and after structural failure of soft soils,so it is of great practical significance to consider the structure of soft soils in the consolidation theory of soft clay ground.In order to better reflect the actual consolidation of soft clay ground,this paper will study the one-dimensional consolidation theory of soft clay ground with variable load under continuous drainage boundary,which considers the structure of soil and the arbitrary distribution of initial pore pressure along the depth direction.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Aiming at the consolidation problem of single-layer soft clay foundation,considering the structure of soft clay,the arbitrary distribution of initial pore pressure along the depth direction and variable load,the more accurate continuous drainage boundary condition under variable load and the simplified model reflecting the change of compression coefficient and permeability coefficient with the structural failure of soil are adopted,the analytical solution of the problem is derived,and the special solution of single-stage uniform load is given.The correctness of the solution is verified by the degradation of the solution.Finally,the effects of interface parameters,loading time,soft soil structure,initial pore pressure,soil structural yield stress on drainage consolidation of single-layer structural soft clay ground are analyzed.(2)The consolidation problem of single-layer structural soft clay foundation is extended,and then the consolidation problem of double-layer structural soft clay foundation is solved.The corresponding analytical solution is obtained,and the special solution of single-stage uniform loading is give.On the basis of verifying the correctness of the solution in this chapter through the degradation of the solution,the effects of interface parameters,loading time,soft soil structure,soil structural yield stress and thickness of top and bottom layers on the drainage consolidation of double-layer structural soft clay ground are analyzed.(3)The more general consolidation problem of layered structural soft clay ground is studied,and the analytical solution of layered soft clay foundation and the special solution of single-stage uniform loading are derive.After the correctness of the solution is verified by degradation,the effects of interface parameters,loading time,soft soil structure,soil structural yield stress,permeability and compressibility,soil thickness on the drainage consolidation of layered structural soft clay ground are analyzed.
