In the contemporary world,the new generation of information technology represented by artificial intelligence and robots has greatly promoted the military field changes.Unmanned swarm based on unmanned platform under the guidance of information technology is becoming a brand-new mode of warfare to change the form of future warfare.Facing the complex and harsh battlefield environment,how to ensure the real-time transmission of information becomes the key to restrict the unmanned swarm to play its operational effectiveness.This paper focuses on the key problem of cooperative transmission of unmanned swarm information.After analyzing and modeling the problem of cooperative transmission of unmanned swarm information,the virtual and functional encapsulation technology of unmanned swarm communication resources and the information cooperative transmission algorithm based on reinforcement learning are mainly studied.It provides theoretical basis and key technology for the construction of cooperative transmission system.The main work and innovation of the paper are summarized as follows.(1)This paper analyzes the information transmission requirements of unmanned swarm and studies the advantages and disadvantages of existing information transmission architecture of unmanned swarm.Based on the analysis of architecture,the information transmission problem of the unmanned swarm is modeled systematically,and the problem is analyzed mathematically.Starting from the information model of unmanned swarm transmission,this paper constructs the network connection model and network probability model of unmanned swarm step by step,and finally raises the overall transmission target model of unmanned swarm information cooperative transmission problem.(2)This paper introduces virtualization and functional encapsulation technology into this field,and solves the problem of information cooperative transmission in unmanned swarm by optimizing the scheduling of communication resources.This paper focuses on the optimal scheduling of communication resources to solve the problem of cooperative transmission of information in unmanned swarm.So first,we need to transform the communication equipment with distribution and heterogeneity into the communication resources.In this paper,we introduce virtualization and functional encapsulation technology,through virtualization technology to shield the distribution,heterogeneity and complexity of communication of unmanned swarm devices,and make communication devices into communication resources.By means of functional encapsulation technology,the communication resources inside the unmanned swarm are exposed to the swarm,which makes the unified management and optimal scheduling of communication resources possible.(3)Based on reinforcement learning,an information transmission algorithm Baron for unmanned swarms is designed.Aiming at the problem of information cooperative transmission and limited communication resources in unmanned swarm,reinforcement learning algorithm is introduced into this problem.So Baron can intelligently explore the communication resources of the unmanned swarm and give full play to the resource synergy effect in the process of information transmission.At the same time,Baron can learn the previous information cooperative transmission strategy in real time and update its own knowledge base in real time,so that it can adapt more agile to complex and harsh battlefield environment,and more reliable and efficient cooperative transmission of information,giving full play to the effectiveness of unmanned trunked communication resources.(4)Based on real datasets and simulation,the algorithm is tested on the unmanned swarm information transmission environment.In this paper,we select the MIT Reality and DieselNet datasets,and design the unmanned swarm information transmission environment according to the famous benchmark and the new generation tactical network represented by WIN-T.According to datasets and unmanned swarm environment,the performance of the algorithm is verified.Experiments show that the algorithm can adapt to the environment agilely and achieve cooperative transmission with high success rate and efficiency with the harsh battlefield environment and dynamic changes of unmanned swarm.
