The cone static and static pressure sliding bearing has the characteristics of both dynamic pressure bearing and static pressure bearing,and can bear the radial and axial loads.It has the advantages of good lubrication performance,stable starting and stopping,easy clearance adjustment and so on.However,the dynamic instability of oil film bearing is easily caused by oil film vortex and oil film oscillation at high speed.The reason is that when the operating frequency of the rotor system is more than twice the natural frequency of the system,the characteristic of the oil film makes its average frequency close to the natural frequency of the system,the oil film will have eddy phenomenon and cause the self-excited vibration of the system.If the system fails to dissipate energy to solve vorticity by damping vibration reduction at this time,frequency locking phenomenon will occur.The oil film oscillation frequency stays at the natural frequency of the system and the amplitude increases rapidly,leading to dynamic instability of the system.For damping vibration reduction technology in high-speed rotor system,demand,this topic focuses on the cone of dynamic and static pressure bearings of high-speed rotor system,put forward a new type of cone multilayer sheet steel dampers,radial and axial damping vibration reduction ability,to suppress the high-speed rotor system vibration,to improve the dynamic characteristics,to solve the oil film bearing above the critical speed of high-speed rotor system of dynamic buckling problems when working.Starting from the structural design of the conical multilayer steel sheet damper,this paper has completed the analysis and selection of the main structural parameters of the damper,selected the appropriate material of the damping inner and outer ring elements,formulated the forming technology of the damping inner and outer ring elements,and completed the preparation and assembly of the damper.Through ANSYS simulation,the stiffness characteristics of the conical multilayer steel sheet damper are statically analyzed,the overall deformation,equivalent strain and equivalent stress of the damper under different parameters are analyzed,and the relationship between the stiffness characteristics of the damper and the number and thickness of the damping inner and outer ring elements is studied.Damping characteristics of conical multilayer sheet steel dampers are analyzed,and the stress analysis of completed the work under the conditions of the interaction between internal damping element for damper,the micro slip in the process of deformation caused by the friction energy dissipation analysis,deduced the cone multilayer sheet steel damper calculation formula of energy dissipation coefficient,using MATLAB to calculate the energy dissipation coefficient and the relationship between the structural parameters of damper.The experimental study of conical multilayer steel sheet damper is carried out,and the study is divided into two parts:static experiment and dynamic experiment.Design and build,completed the static experiment device of damper is obtained by static experiments under different structural parameters and different working load cone multilayer sheet steel damper hysteresis characteristics,through the analysis of the hysteresis loop for energy dissipation coefficient and stiffness of the damper,verify the theoretical derivation of damper's energy dissipation coefficient and the stiffness of the correctness of the simulation analysis.Set up and perfect the high-speed rotor test bed,at a high-speed rotor experiment platform for rigid bearing rotor system with damper elastomeric bearing rotor system contrast experiments,obtain the different parameters under the condition of the rotor system vibration waveform,axis trajectory,three-dimensional spectrum and the system vibration response,etc.The experimental results,analysis of the different parameters to damper the influence of the dynamic characteristics of rotor system.By comparing the vibration response of the rigid supported rotor system under the same working environment,the good damping performance of the damper is verified.This paper provides a basis for practical application of conical multilayer steel sheet damper.
