Tightening and assembling the piston components of the automobile brake master cylinder is one of the important links in the production and assembly of automobile brake systems.The traditional tightening and assembling tools for master cylinder piston parts are mainly electric wrenches,pneumatic wrenches and torque wrenches.This type of tightening tool requires manual hand-held operation,has single function,low efficiency,complicated and tedious operation process,and has a certain impact force.It cannot accurately guarantee the qualification of relevant performance parameters of piston products,and does not meet the development requirements of China's automated production.In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the tightening and assembling of piston components,and reduce the labor intensity of operators,this paper designs a multifunctional automobile brake master cylinder piston component tightening machine equipment.This equipment adopts a fixed station mode,which integrates multiple functions of piston component tightening torque monitoring and tightening size detection.It has the characteristics of high efficiency,modularity,functional integration,and simple operation.In order to realize the integration of the functions of the tightening machine equipment and the higher tightening and assembly accuracy of the piston components,this paper analyzes the functional requirements of the piston assembly tightening assembly tools and the assembly characteristics of different types of piston products by analyzing the actual production work,and determines the use of mechanical,electrical,Gas-phase combined modular,multi-station design.First of all,the equipment is divided into three stations: press-fitting,tightening,and re-inspection.Air pressure driving devices are installed at the upper end of each station,which can realize bidirectional driving.Based on the ergonomic design concept,Reasonable installation layout.Secondly,a servo motor drive is installed at the bottom of the tightening station,and the pulse-position control method is used to ensure the tightening dimensional accuracy of the piston components.During the tightening process,the upper part of the pre-compression cylinder is used to complete the tightening of the piston components from top to bottom,and the torque sensor is used to realize the real-time monitoring of the tightening torque of the piston components through F-V frequency pressure conversion technology.Finally,a displacement sensor is installed at both the tightening and re-inspection stations,combined with TTL signal differential conversion technology and PLC internal high-speed counting function,to realize the real-time observation of the tightening dimensions of the piston components during the tightening and assembly process,and the total piston assembly after assembly.Re-inspection function for half-height size and full-stroke size of finished products.Establish communication relationship between PLC controller and touch screen by RS232 communication mode,and design HMI man-machine interface with control operation mode that can be switched manually / automatically.It can complete the tightening and assembling work of piston components under different status requirements and realize tightening.Automobile brake master cylinder piston component tightening machine with high assembly accuracy,production efficiency and functional integration.
