Research On The Effectiveness Of BY Company’s Internal Control

The implementation of internal control has a great impact on the whole business process of the enterprise.If the internal control is formulated and implemented in place,the enterprise can better avoid risks when encountering financial operation risks and help the enterprise to tide over difficulties.At present,the speed of real estate destocking slows down,resulting in the tightening trend of the construction market,and the wood imitation construction industry is also affected.In such a situation,internal control as a modern management method to improve the efficiency of operation,integrate the use of resources,and improve the management has an important role and significance in improving the overall management quality of wood imitation construction enterprises.In this paper,by wood imitation construction company as an example,through reading and collecting the theory of internal control related to the construction industry and internal control effectiveness evaluation method,the effectiveness evaluation system of internal control based on COSO framework design is determined to evaluate the company.In the internal control evaluation of by wood building company,qualitative and quantitative indexes are not used for comprehensive evaluation,which will distort the evaluation results and have no persuasive power on certain data,so it is difficult to explain the effectiveness of its internal control evaluation.Through the design of internal control evaluation index,it is found that by company has four problems: low innovation of imitation wood construction products,fuzzy distribution of internal responsibility and authority,defective inventory management and insufficient risk evaluation.In addition,the financial department is responsible for the internal control evaluation of by wood imitation construction company.The formalization of the internal control evaluation is too serious,which affects the effectiveness of its internal control system.The hidden internal control problems of the company cannot be solved reasonably,which is not conducive to the long-term development of the company.Based on the analysis of the causes of these problems,it is found that there are some deficiencies in the internal control system,organizational structure,financial control and risk management of the company,and the corresponding promotion strategies are put forward.
