| Solar energy is one of the main energy sources of satellite power systems in space.Space Solar Array Simulator(SSAS),which is used in the aerospace field,provides the power characteristics of spacecraft power and real solar sailboards during the ground test phase.The performance of similar input power devices will have a significant impact on the reliability of the test results of the spacecraft power system.This dissertation studies the key technologies such as the dynamic response perfor mance,a new nonlinear control method and a new V-I reference curve generation scheme.A SSAS with a new simulation scheme for working point control strategy is proposed,which has the advantages of low cost,excellent dynamic response performance,high simulation accuracy and the capacity of open circuit output.In order to meet the high requirements of the SSAS dynamic response capability in the aerospace field,a linear power scheme is adopted as the main power platform.A voltage-controlled linear current source with high dynamic response capability is designed,a small-signal model and frequency domain simulation analysis is established.At the same time,the parallel connection of 12 current sources is used to meet the demand for high power levels.Aiming at the problem that the dynamic performance characteristics of high-power photovoltaic panels are difficult to obtain,a scheme to establish equivalent circuit of high-power PV panels to obtain its dynamic model is proposed.Power diode 6-channel parallel linear current source and are used to establish the equivalent circuit of the high-power PV panel,the circuit is designed,the dynamic output waveform of the equivalent circuit and the distribution of the operating trajectory of the working point are obtained through experiments,thus obtaining the dynamic output characteristics of the high-power PV panels for reference.Aiming at the problem that the traditional current SSAS cannot control the output of open circuit and non-linear output,a working point control strategy based on a new simulation scheme is proposed,which can perform current control or voltage control according to the needs in dynamic transformation.Research and design the system main power current control module,auxiliary voltage control module and I-V curve generation scheme respectively.A new V-I reference curve generation scheme according to the requirements of the control strategyand is proposed and verified by experiments.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed SSAS based on a new simulation scheme is verified.The open circuit output function is verified by steady state experiments,and the steady state I-V power output curve of the simulator was obtained.The dynamic experiments under shunt load and series load conditions are carried out at the same time,which prove s that the designed SSAS has excellent dynamic performance and high simulation accuracy. |
