Based on the shortcomings of the traditional Z-source network,the introduction of the coupled inductance unit into the impedance source network can greatly improve the topology's boosting capability.The application of impedance source inverters based on coupled inductors instead of traditional voltage source inverters in permanent magnet synchronous motor drive control systems can not only meet the higher DC bus voltage requirements of the system,but also mention the efficiency of the system.Feedback linearization theory can linearize nonlinear systems with strong coupling,so this theory can be used to optimize nonlinear motor drive control systems.This paper studies the PMSM control system on the basis of combining the advantages of the impedance source network based on coupled inductors and feedback linearization.The specific research contents are as follows:First,the boosting principle based on the coupled inductance impedance source network is studied.An active clamp circuit is added to the topology to improve it,so that the topology can work in two modes of continuous and intermittent input current.The analysis compares the advantages of the impedance source network based on active clamped coupling inductance over other common impedance source networks.Secondly,the reason why the input current of the impedance source network pulsates due to the introduction of coupling inductance is analyzed.On the one hand,the input current ripple is suppressed from the topological structure;on the other hand,from the modulation strategy,the seven-segment SVPWM modulation strategy is used to insert the through zero vector into the zero vector to further suppress the input current ripple.Once again,the mathematical modeling of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is established,and the traditional DTC control system is improved.Based on the active clamp coupled inductance impedance source network,the SVPWM-DTC system inserted through the zero vector is established,and finally built on the simulation platform The simulation model is used for simulation verification.Finally,the feedback linear theory is used to optimize the established SVPWM-DTC system,and the input and output of the system are accurately linearized globally,so that the nonlinear system can be analyzed according to the control theory of the linear system.Finally,build an optimized system simulation model on the simulink platform,compare it with the pre-optimized system,and then simulate and verify the system.
