Study On Landscape Planning And Design Strategy Of Changchun Sunshine New Town Phase ?

In recent years,the residential areas of the second-tier cities in cold regions in China have expanded rapidly.With the increase of construction,landscape problems caused by climate,culture,economy and other reasons have also been emerging.For example,the use of large-area lawn makes the next year "dust flying";the use of large-area water in autumn and winter season,making the community show a decline;the use of high-end residential landscape,blind pursuit of large axis and large space and so on.On the other hand,the application of low-maintenance ground cover plants in residential areas in cold regions is still limited.In order to solve the related problems more pertinently,this paper chooses Changchun Sunshine New Town Phase ? Landscape Project as a practical case to carry out relevant research and discussion.In the part of basic research,from the three theories of climate adaptability,environmental psychology and eco-economy,the related theories of cold residential landscape,on-demand design based on the needs of the elderly and children,and Eco-economic plant allocation are introduced respectively.Through the analysis of three typical cases,this paper summarizes their respective reference points from the perspective of greening configuration,functional layout and aesthetics.This part of the work lays the foundation for the later design.In the preliminary analysis of Changchun Sunshine New Town Phase ? landscape,through the base analysis and market positioning,the author thinks that the landscape should start from economy and consider relevant strategies;through the analysis of their needs from the standpoint of different users,the author puts forward the multi-dimensional design requirements from macro-control to design details,then to use convenience and effect presentation control.And the concept of "private high green feeling" landscape was put forward.The design conditions and main objectives were elaborated respectively.In the design strategy of Changchun Sunshine New Town Phase ? Landscape,for hard design,the main layout of the general plan is completed from the landscape planning level at first;secondly,three typical areas are selected from the special level,namely,the popular central waterscape,the children's activity area with the highest attention in the community and the public activity area with the highest frequency of use,and the design strategy is demonstrated concretely from the vehicle.Bit processing and selection of hard materials are supplemented at two micro levels.For soft design,the overall configuration strategy and the application of low maintenance ground are studied.Among them,the overall design provides a basic framework for the application of ground cover plants;the application of low-maintenance ground cover plants,selected white clover as the object of study,after three years of follow-up and return visits,confirmed the feasibility of its promotion in residential areas.Finally,the paper summarizes the whole research from two aspects: theoretical induction and strategic approach.
