As an important means of transportation in the city,the subway has high requirements for its operation safety.As one of the most critical parts of the subway,the wheel set has a very important role: it ensures the running and turning of the rolling stock on the rails,and bears all the static and dynamic loads from the rolling stock.Therefore,the major safety hazard in the major traffic accidents of rail vehicles is the failure of the vehicle wheel set.Therefore,after the wheelset is repaired and assembled,it must be tested for its reliability,whether it is stable,whether there are cracks on the surface of the wheelset,and whether the bearing temperature rise is normal.This test to test the safety of the wheelset before it is loaded is called the wheelset running-in test.In this paper,the run-in test of the wheelset is used as the application of the designed motor.Based on the idea of direct drive,a solid rotor arc induction motor is proposed and used as the drive-in method of the wheelset.The working principle,design method,simulation modeling and special end effect of solid rotor arc induction motor are studied.First,the working principle of the solid rotor arc induction motor is analyzed,the characteristics of the electromagnetic field in the solid rotor,and the characteristics of the rotor parameters that vary with the slip caused by the eddy current effect and the skin effect are analyzed;the motor is analyzed at different slip The penetration depth changes under the condition of the rate;and the characteristics of the equivalent circuit of the solid rotor induction motor are analyzed,and the calculation formula of the rotor current is given.Secondly,the design method and design process of solid rotor arc induction motor are analyzed.The rotor parameters are calculated using the penetration depth method,and the influence of slip on the parameters is analyzed.The motor mainly operates at a low speed,and at the same time is affected by factors such as the rotor structure and materials,the efficiency will not reach a very high value.According to the dimensional parameters of the designed arc stator motor,a prototype was made and a test bench was built.The no-load,load and frequency-frequency loading tests of the motor were carried out,and some operating rules of the arc induction of the solid rotor were obtained.Then,the electromagnetic field simulation is performed on the solid rotor induction motor and the solid rotor arc induction motor that have initially completed the electromagnetic design,and the output performance is analyzed.Under different slip ratios,the motor’s output torque,three-phase current,magnetic density curve,etc.analysis.Compare and analyze the difference between the electromagnetic field and performance of the arc stator motor and the ordinary solid rotor induction motorFinally,through the electromagnetic field theory,construct the analysis model of the solid rotor arc induction motor,use the equivalent current layer to analyze the air gap magnetic field expression;use the magnetomotive force theory to analyze the asymmetry of the mutual inductance of the motor in detail,and then get The expression of the phase inductance;and the three-phase asymmetric current is analyzed by the symmetric component method,and a method of increasing the pole number of the arc motor to weaken the degree of magnetic field asymmetry is proposed.
