| The weak magnetic rotation microgravity effect simulator is used to simulate the coupling of space weak magnetic field,microgravity and other factors for cell culture.In the field of space life science,some pathological phenomena,such as bone loss and immune function decline,have been found gradually in the space environment for a long time.However,due to the special space environment,it is not conducive to the development of related experiments,and its pathological mechanism is not clear.In order to further study the above pathological mechanism,it is necessary to establish a ground simulation device for related experiments.At present,in the aspect of simulating space bioreactor on the ground,the research mainly focuses on the simulation of si ngle factor effect.The above pathological phenomenon is not only the result of the single factor in space,but also the result of the coupling of space microgravity,weak magnetic field and other factors.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a weak magnetic microgravity effect simulation device based on the penumatic driving method,which can simulate the environmental factors such as space microgravity and weak magnetic field in the ground environment,and be used to carry out the experimental research related to space life science.The main work of this project is as follows:First of all,according to the principle of microgravity biological effect,the structure design of weak magnetic rotation microgravity effect simulator based on pneumatic drive is carried out.The main function of the simulator is to couple the space microgravity effect and weak magnetic field,simulate the space environment for cell culture,and take into account the temperature and gas requirements for cell culture.In the aspect of structure design,according to the simulation principle of microgravity effect,the basic structure and non-magnetic temperature control system of the weak magnetic rotation microgravity effect simulator are designed,which ensures the realization of its basic functions from the structure.Secondly,aiming at the basic characteristics of the weak magnetic environment simulated by the weak magnetic rotating microgravity effect simulator,a pneumatic non magnetic driving system is proposed.Th e function of non-magnetic driving system is to drive the system to rotate without introducing additional magnetic field,so as to realize the simulation of microgravity effect.In this paper,the cylinder is used as the actuator,through the crank link mechanism,the linear motion is transformed into the rotary motion,and the components of the pneumatic circuit are analyzed.The mathematical model of the pneumatic non-magnetic drive system is established to realize the non-magnetic drive of the system.Then,using the kinematics simulation software,the dynamic model of the weak magnetic rotation microgravity effect simulator is simulated.The non-magnetic driving system and the whole machine system of the weak magnetic rotating microgravity effect simulator are carried out kinematic simulation experiments,and the kinematic characteristics of the non magnetic pneumatic driving mechanism are analyzed to verify the system kinematic characteristics of the weak magnetic rotating microgravity effect simulator.Finally,the magnetic characteristics of the weak magnetic rotating microgravity effect simulator are simulated by using the electromagnetic field simulation software.In order to verify the remanence characteristics of the whole system,the remanence simulation experiments were carried out on the non-magnetic drive system,transmission shaft system and cell culture room. |
