As an important component of biomass resources,bamboo forestry resources are extremely abundant in my country.From the perspective of enhancing energy supply,strengthening environmental protection and developing economic benefits,increasing its application is an inevitable choice of the times.But in the development process,how to strengthen its industrial application value is a problem that needs to be considered.Biomass pyrolysis technology is a technology that can effectively generate biomass energy and improve the quality of biomass at this stage.The bamboo can be fully utilized to obtain high-quality biochar,and activated on this basis can obtain activated carbon with good performance.Therefore,in-depth research on the application of biomass pyrolysis technology on bamboo resources is of great value in broadening the application area of bamboo materials and extending the industrial chain of biomass products.In this paper,in order to systematically study the application of biomass pyrolysis technology on bamboo resources,the research is carried out from the following three parts:(1)After elemental analysis,industrial analysis and biomass composition analysis of bamboo,the thermogravimetric experiment of bamboo was carried out by constant temperature heating method,and the thermogravimetric curve was drawn after obtaining the test data.Focus on studying the effect of heating rate on bamboo pyrolysis.On this basis,three types of models,Kissinger,Flynn-Wall-Ozawa and Coats-Redfern,were used to solve the activation energy E and pre-finger factor A of bamboo pyrolysis reaction and analyze the pyrolysis mechanism.The activation energy calculated by the three models is 188.2 k J/mol,188.9 k J/mol,and 75~80 k J/mol.There is a good thermal compensation effect between the calculated activation energy and the pre-finger factor.(2)Through the pyrolysis experiment of bamboo,firstly,the distribution law of bamboo pyrolysis solid coke,liquid oil,non-condensable gas and gas composition with temperature is explored.The results simulated by Aspen software are in good agreement with the experimental results at high temperature.Then,the effects of operating parameters during pyrolysis on bamboo charcoal yield,micro-morphology,and element changes were studied from three angles: temperature,time,and particle size.The yield of bamboo charcoal considers two aspects of quality and energy.The microscopic morphology is observed using electron microscope scanning technology,and the change of elements is measured by X-ray spectrometer.The higher the pyrolysis temperature,the lower the yield of bamboo charcoal.The pyrolysis at 600 ℃ has the best performance.During the pyrolysis process,the longer the residence time and the smaller the bamboo particle size,the richer the surface structure of bamboo charcoal.The content of inorganic elements decreases with increasing pyrolysis time and increases with decreasing particle size.(3)Analyze the microstructure of pyrolytic bamboo charcoal and select pyrolysis charcoal at 600 ℃ as the activation raw material.On the basis of introducing the activation process and analyzing the effectiveness of sodium hydroxide activation and steam activation,the inherent mechanism of sodium hydroxide and steam activation methods was explored.The experimental analysis of the influence of the three main process parameters of the amount of activator,activation temperature and activation time on the specific surface area of bamboo activated carbon,to determine the best activation parameters.
