In recent years,perovskite solar cells(PSCs)characterized by high efficiency,low cost,and ease of preparation have become a research hotspot in the photovoltaic field,rapidly increasing from the initial 3.8% to the current 25.2%,and the performance is close to that of single crystal silicon solar cells.The highest level,with broad commercial application prospects.PSCs using organometallic halide semiconductors as light-absorbing materials have been extensively studied and are considered to be the most promising type of photovoltaic technology.Among them,the p-type material that plays a role in hole transport has an important influence on the photovoltaic performance and stability of the device.Generally,hole transport materials can be divided into two categories: organic hole transport materials and inorganic hole transport materials.At present,organic hole transport materials widely used in high-efficiency perovskite batteries(such as Spiro-OMe TAD,PTAA,etc.)are not only expensive,but organic doping is an important factor that causes low perovskite stability.Compared with the former,inorganic hole transport materials have the advantages of low price,high hole mobility,good stability,and wide band gap.In particular,copper-based hole transport materials have a variety of advantages in addition to the advantages of inorganic materials.,The energy level is easy to control,low temperature solution processing and other unique advantages,is the most large-scale,flexible application potential inorganic hole transport material,strengthen its application as a hole transport layer in PSCs research,for low cost,large Area,wearable,and efficient PSCs are of great significance.In recent years,copper-based hole transport materials in PSCs have made great progress in the field of new materials and preparation methods.In this chapter,we first summarize the properties of several types of copper-based inorganic hole transport materials that have been reported in recent years.Research progress on its advantages and disadvantages and the regulation of properties of new materials.Then,according to the different preparation methods,the methods for preparing the copper-based inorganic hole transport layer film are divided into a wet method and a dry method.The wet method includes a spin coating method,a blade coating method,an electrospinning method,a spray method,and an electrochemical deposition method Etc.;dry methods include sputtering,vacuum evaporation,etc.Different preparation methods will have different preparation processes,and at the same time will have different advantages and disadvantages.We introduced the research progress of wet and dry process control respectively.Finally,the research progressof new materials and preparation methods is summarized,and the future development trend of copper-based inorganic hole transport materials and thin film preparation methods in perovskite batteries is analyzed and prospected.
