| With the continuous development of manufacturing industry,people’s requirements for product quality gradually improve.Burr,accumulated burl,carbon deposition and other defects will seriously affect parts quality,it is necessary to remove these defects.In order to remove these defects,different industries have explored different methods,magnetic polishing with magnetic needle is one of them,because of its automation,processing efficiency,high processing quality,low processing cost,no environmental pollution and many other advantages,it has been widely promoted and applied.The existing equipment of magnetic abrasive finishing with magnetic needle has some processing limitations,for special shape parts cannot be processed thoroughly and efficiently.In this paper,based on the traditional equipment of magnetic abrasive finishing with magnetic needle,a compound moving equipment of abrasive finishing with magnetic needle is designed and manufactured,and the device are designed and manufactured that clamped and driven special parts,at the same time,the corresponding application research is carried out.The magnetic abrasive finishing machine with compound movement magnetic needle changes the motion mode of the magnetic pole plate,change the traditional rotation movement to the composite movement of rotation movement and translation movement.Multiple pole plates are combined to move.Driven by the magnetic force of the magnetic pole plate,the magnetic needle rotates around the rotating axis of the pole plate and moves along the translation direction at the same time.This not only increases the complexity and intensity of the movement of the magnetic needle,but also increases the effective processing area range of the polishing process,and greatly improves the processing efficiency.This paper mainly describes the background and significance of removing burr,accumulated burl,carbon deposition and other defects,the development of magnetic abrasive finishing and polishing as well as the method of processing technology are introduced.In this paper,the machining mechanism of magnetic abrasive finishing and polishing with magnetic needle is in-depth researched and analyzed,it includes the generation of rotating magnetic field,the movement of magnetic needle under the action of magnetic force,and the processing function of magnetic needle in part processing.In this paper,the arrangement of the magnetic poles on the magnetic pole plate which belong the magnetic abrasive finishing machine with compound movement magnetic needle is studied,the movement track of magnetic needles are simulated and analyzed,those are driven by the magnetic force that engendering in single movement magnetic pole plate and compound movement magnetic pole plate.The magnetic abrasive finishing machine with compound movement magnetic needle are designed,the device for clamping and driving the special part movement aredesigned.In addition,the experimental is also carried out that study on the removal of carbon deposition and accumulated burl on special parts,which plays a very good guiding role in the practical application of the compound motion magnetic needle polishing machine. |
