| The quality of steam turbine flow passage equipment is directly related to the operation reliability of thermal power plant units.In order to respond to the national call for Energy Conservation and emission reduction,the thermal power plant has strengthened the transformation of the steam turbine flow passage,and has high expectations for the performance requirements after the transformation.For reducing the economic cost of the thermal power plant,it is of great significance to improve the safety and stability of steam turbine.Taking Tangshan thermal power plant # 1 steam turbine as an example,the scheme design of # 1 steam turbine flow passage reconstruction and the safety management measures to improve the safety of the reconstruction project are put forward.First of all,according to the operation status of # 1 steam turbine,the safety problems existing in the original # 1 Steam Turbine Unit are put forward,such as the imbalance of rotor caused by the scaling of the through-flow Blade,and the reduction of the through-flow efficiency at the level of the through-flow design,secondly,the scheme of increasing the capacity of the # 1 Steam Turbine in Tangshan thermal power plant is designed to improve the economic efficiency of the unit.Secondly,the safety management measures of the # 1 steam turbine flow modification project are studied in depth,this paper makes a systematic analysis from four aspects of management consciousness,management system,management method and management personnel,which lays a good foundation for ensuring the safety of the project reconstruction,and finally analyzes the effect of the # 1 steam turbine flow safety reconstruction.The results show that the capacity of the nameplate is increased by 5%~10% and the coal consumption of power supply standard is reduced by 13.94 g/k W.h,# 1 unit can save about 24,800 tons of coal per year,which has remarkable energy-saving effect and can increase the output of unit by 190 GWh per year.Figure 13;Table 31;Reference 43... |
