In recent years,with the advancement of technology and the support of national policies,new energy has developed rapidly.On the power supply side,taking new energy such as wind power and photovoltaic as an example,if it is directly connected to the grid,its volatility and uncontrollability will cause random fluctuations in the power grid,reduce power quality,and improve the operating cost of the grid.On the load side,the scale of electric vehicles is getting larger and larger,and charging in the network will increase the difficulty of system scheduling,which is not conducive to the safe and stable operation of the system.The emergence of virtual power plant(VPP)provides new ideas for solving the above problems.Virtual power plants can effectively integrate distributed new energy sources with different geographical distributions and types,and can be integrated into virtual power plants considering the dual characteristics of electric vehicle power and load.This paper focuses on the operation characteristics of virtual power plants and electric vehicles,focusing on the participation of electric vehicles in virtual power plant dispatching.The main research work is as follows:First,systematically study the concept,typical structure,control method,functional characteristics,and operation mode of the virtual power plant.The characteristics and mathematical models of various distributed power sources inside the virtual power plant are introduced.The subsequent chapters will build a virtual power plant optimization operation model based on this.Secondly,the operation structure of the virtual power plant considering the participation of electric vehicles is constructed.According to the operating characteristics of the distributed power sources integrated in the virtual power plant,the corresponding virtual power plant operation strategy and operation flow are proposed.The simulation process optimizes the output of the controllable unit inside the virtual power plant in each period,and analyzes the impact of the participation of the electric vehicle in the virtual power plant scheduling on the economics of the virtual power plant.The simulation results show that the electric vehicle participating in the virtual power plant dispatching can be combined with the energy storage battery to basically meet the requirements of smoothing the wind power and photovoltaic output deviation.Finally,the economic optimization operation model of virtual power plant participation in system scheduling is constructed.The example demonstrates the rationality of the model.The participation of electric vehicles in virtual power plant scheduling can improve the scheduling flexibility of virtual power plants.Transferring the load of electric vehicles to virtual power plants reduces the impact of large-scale electric vehicle charging on the system and has certain social benefits.
