In order to analyze the technical and economic advantages brought about by the sailstyle outlet method to the substation project,the article introduces the latest domestic and international outlet methods at present,including the "Qianniao" overhead outlet method,the "pin-shaped" overhead outlet method,and the "double airship" outlet Methods,etc.,through comparison,the technical superiority of the sail-style outlet method is obtained.Starting from the sail-type outlet structure power distribution device,verify the adaptability of the framework to the electrical profession in terms of framework width,framework height,interphase distance,and ground-to-ground distance,and then from the structural profession,compare cantilever,lattice,steel pipe The structural advantages and disadvantages of beams and other schemes determine the final scheme of the sail-type outlet structure.For the conventional frame 8-span 16-outlet scale,this scheme can save about 38% of steel consumption and reduce the area of 32.5%.Establish a finite element model of a sail-type integral frame,and use MIDAS / Gen software to perform finite element analysis on nine load conditions including high wind,ice coating,installation and maintenance loads,and obtain the reaction force of each support under the most unfavorable conditions of the frame,The stress ratio of each member,the overall displacement and other results;study the mechanical performance and deformation of the framework under the selection of different cross-section schemes,choose three different types of cross-section combinations,and compare the stress ratio,displacement value,steel consumption and other parameters of the framework.The complex joints of beams and columns in each layer of the framework are unified into new assembled bolt joints,which are analyzed by ABAQUS large-scale finite element software,including: studying the stress state,displacement cloud map and load of the joints under the most unfavorable working load in the overall framework-Stress curve;under the action of ultimate load,study the bending moment-rotation curve,stress distribution and failure mode of the node in the strong axis direction and weak axis direction,and the torsional effect of the upper and lower end plates of the node under the strong axis direction;study The influence of the thickness of the node board,the number of bolts,and the stiffener settings on the flexural performance of the node.The bending moment-rotation curve,stress distribution,and torsional effects of the standard and single-parameter components in the direction of the strong and weak axes are analyzed to obtain influence level.
