In recent years,drone technology has developed rapidly,and many industries can use drones to solve it.At present,the image-based UAV identification and tracking transmission line technology is still a problem that needs to be solved urgently.Its breakthrough point is the accurate identification and automatic tracking of transmission lines.The current technical system is not yet perfect,which limits the UAV autonomous inspection ability,based on the six-rotor aircraft and camera acquisition system,this paper discusses the identification and tracking of power lines for aircraft in detail.Focus on the analysis of real-time detection algorithm and introduce the obstacle avoidance scheme based on monocular vision,and summarize the control method of the six-rotor aircraft power line tracking system.In the process of capturing and recognizing the power line image of the six-rotor aircraft,first of all,for the problem of weak image contrast and blur caused by the background and camera shake during shooting of the aircraft,image equalization,removal of motion blur and denoising are performed to subsequent recognition provides clear edge features.In this paper,edge detection is performed on the captured target image based on the Edge Drawing algorithm,and the algorithm is used to quickly generate the target straight line.The obtained straight line segments are connected by the Segment-Tree method.Because the power line target is easily used by other background is disturbed,the principle of K-means clustering algorithm is analyzed in detail,and a straight line template is designed to filter out the remaining background interference points.The experimental results show that the recognition method in this paper can accurately identify the target transmission line,and the speed is greatly improved.The transmission line identification and tracking technology based on image processing,based on the traditional tracking method,establishes its moving target model according to the inspection characteristics of the aircraft,divides the transmission line target area,uses the tracking algorithm to inspect and predict,and finally completes the aircraft to the transmission line target tracking.This paper also proposes distance estimation based on image features to prevent the aircraft from colliding with the transmission line during the inspection process.Experiments show that the algorithm in this paper not only ensures the stability of the tracking target,but also greatly increases the ratio of the target line in the image and reduces the mismatch rate of the line.Finally,actual flight experiments were carried out on the experimental platform,including transmission line identification and tracking experiments,and a transmission line obstacle avoidance scheme was proposed based on distance estimation.Experimental results show that the algorithm in this paper is effective and feasible for the research of the tracking of the six-rotor aircraft.
