Based on the principle of diversion of rain and pollution,this paper studies the current situation of urban drainage network at home and abroad,and the current situation and existing problems of main urban drainage in Tongling city.On the basis of a thorough investigation of the current situation and considering the rationality of drainage planning and the local geological topography,the appropriate diversion and transformation scheme of rain and pollution was determined.This main rain sewage diversion renovation in tongling city,solve the black sand river downstream basin and patio rain polluted rivers surrounding the lake water pollution problems,achieve the goal of the black shahe ecological clean small watershed,shahe,black to the Yangtze river,thus achieving the ecological protection of water environment in Yangtze river basin,as well as rain sewage diversion reconstruction and ecological river basin management to provide practical basis.The research results are as follows:(1)After fully combining the drainage planning of Tongling city and investigating the actual situation on the site,this paper carried out a reasonable drainage planning and design for the rain and pollution diversion reconstruction project in the main urban area of tongling city,analyzed and dealt with various technical parameters,considered the safety and drainage function,rationally used pipes to reduce the project cost as far as possible.(2)The combination of heavy source pollution control and terminal pollution control in foreign rain and pollution diversion transformation does not pay attention to complete rain and pollution diversion system,but adopts a large number of new rainwater storage tank or "green roof" scheme,which is not suitable for the actual situation in China.This paper adopts the rain sewage diversion project of adjust measures to local conditions,to ensure universal coverage each discharge point,the medium of pollution sources,outfalls and user access point and other aspects to carry on the design train of thought analysis,using maximum retention and drainage pipes,shard area to collect rain water,rain pollution of municipal roads and buildings monomer confluence drainage system and put forward reform scheme,ultimately achieve the goal of completely rain sewage diversion.(3)The main urban area of Tongling city is located in a special geographical location with many surrounding river systems.It has abundant groundwater,complicated geological conditions and complicated underground pipelines in the old city,which bring some difficulties to the reconstruction.In view of the various technical problems in this project,this paper puts forward the corresponding measures and methods,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the project construction.(4)Before the diversion transformation of rain and sewage,part of the main urban area of Tongling city was discharged into the hesha river and into the Yangtze river during the flood season.Through the diversion transformation of rain and pollution in the main urban area of Tongling city,it has produced certain economic benefits,environmental benefits and social benefits to the main urban area of Tongling city and its surrounding areas.
